I understand how you see the Democrats, I agree with a lot of it. However the foulness and intent with which the Democrat Wing of the ''Establishment'' proceeds and our recognition of it should not impede our capacity to expand upon the fuller and possibly more obscure connections of power seekers thriving within and around the emerging techno-future we are being sucked towards.

Both of the old parties play at the ''pop level democracy'' game. Both accept money , advice and worse , directions from these new oligarchs and which ever ''party'' wins we will see the furthering of control from those who control the technology and importantly the ''public commons'' where most of our public discourse takes place, the digital internet.

If none of that is new to you I apologize for rehashing old ground but it is central to my thinking. The Democrats will play with the existing paradigms that have emerged over the last fifty years or so. The Republicans would have, but for Trump. Trump was a wild card neither were ready for. He entered and put his ''game piece'' in the middle of the board and has taken ''popular'' control of the right wing .

While this has been beneficial to the different powers within the Republican Party, enough so that all those previously ''never Trump'' power seekers within that party who now voice complete support of him and bow and kiss his ring, it does not mean that they would not prefer someone else at the helm of that ''popularity contest''.

The issue here as I see it is, is Trump an asset or is he a liability. His power in that ''popularity contest'' makes him a great asset but at the same time his waning capacity for spellbinding leadership might be a growing liability. And this is, I am sure, a very possible difference in how we view this election. I clearly think he is now or soon will be more of a liability than you do. And my premise is built upon my belief that others on the conservative side of this ''playing board'''see him the same way and would prefer to have him as a revered martyr to the cause instead of a rambling distraction to the future they are planning.
