I genuinely don't see the connection between this outrage and the one that is going on at present in Ukraine.

However, I've got to say I didn't know anything about this.
These sort of things are abhorrent and indefensible regardless of who is doing the killing and who is getting killed.

Unfortunately history is littered with examples of man's inhumanity to man.

Seems we'll never learn.
