I watched from about the 5th speaker or so. And felt really spoken to and important. Kinda zoning out right now, but Biden is going to keep fact checkers up late tonight.

All I keep hearing about is Trump as the left continues to copycat MAGA, this time with chants of USA USA USA. SNL, In Living Color, and MAD TV couldn't have written better scripts back in the 90's 😂

I thought I had been watching this the whole time and I could swear there were A LOT of empty seats - this whole time. Well, Kamala just walked out and spoke and first, she spoke 2 minutes and 2 seconds (I timed it on a replay) and the audience looked kind of mad (that they went through all this to hear her speak for 2 minutes?). But secondly, what was odd about it was that all of a sudden, when the camera panned around, all of the seats looked full and it looked like standing room only, with tons of flags and banners!

I noticed that too - so you aren't alone. I did notice people holding long signs which covers the empty seats. It could also be the lighting and carefully planned camera locations and angels.
