Joking aside, I think it's actually concern and confusion this man has a celebrity cult following. Him, Taylor Swift, and the Kardashians have plushies, bears, and merchandise. For a polarizing politician often likened to Hitler it may as well be a line of coming dictatorship collectibles. At least psychologically.

Trump has 88 million followers, a majority in the USA. Taylor Swift has 550 million worldwide. It's that he's in that comparable stratosphere of celebrity... and then influences a nation to imitation. He may even have more USA followers.

I love Trumpy Bear and I wish they made a Melania Bear too! They need different outfits like Trumpy bear needs a golfing outfit and a suit and tie! Melania Bear could have fabulous outfits like she always has so coordinated and classy.
