This brings two things to mind:

1. For some reason, Donald Trump took people onto his team who were deep-staters and traitors, or at the very best had little to no integrity. From Pence and Barr on down, they have show their true colors.
2. How many of these people perhaps don't believe it but are saying this because they are under blackmail by the deep state apparatus. We all know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the controlling political apparatus has nasty dirt on many (probably most) politicians and that they have to dance to whatever tune is playing in their ears.

I saw Bill Barr on Fox News a while back saying he would support Trump because Biden was such a dumpster fire.

I bet there are more that support Trump now compared to then and some might not say they support him but would still vote for him because of backlash from the insane cult.
