I used to read his books on planes or holidays.

Think "Truth Vibrations" was the first back in the early 90s that i came across.

For publicity.

His mortgage fraud conviction was no lie.

Here is a somewhat abbreviated list of his criminal record.

Assault: In 2005, Robinson was convicted of assaulting an off-duty police officer during a domestic incident involving his partner. He received a 12-month prison sentence, which was suspended for two years.

Mortgage Fraud: In 2014, he was sentenced to 18 months in prison for mortgage fraud, related to a scam involving around £160,000.

Contempt of Court: Robinson has been convicted of contempt of court on several occasions. In 2017, he received a suspended sentence for filming inside Canterbury Crown Court during a trial. In May 2018, he was sentenced to 13 months in prison for live-streaming outside a trial at Leeds Crown Court, breaching reporting restrictions. This sentence was later quashed, but he was again found guilty of contempt in July 2019 and sentenced to nine months, of which he served nine weeks.

Public Order Offenses: Robinson has faced several convictions for public order offenses, including for his role in protests and demonstrations. These have sometimes resulted in fines or community service.

In 2018, he was fined for possession of a false identity document and using someone else's passport to travel to the United States.

He is a prize cockwomble chiefsmom.

And a menace to himself and reality.

Was this story all over the news over there, when it happened? I assume it was, from the video.
So did everyone believe what they were told? Even that that was "waterboarding"

So, It seems like they all still believe it. (not you)

Maybe it just happens in the US so much anymore ( media manipulation) that I just never believe the official story.

What's more likely to be accurate, a self serving video made by a man with multiple previous convictions including related to dishonesty.

Or the trial that found he had commited libel?

I completely understand if this guy is a complete A*&^at.

But was he right in this? Did they all lie?
From all the testimony in the video, it sure looks and sounds like it.
It ruined peoples lives.

I've always been very open about my opinion of SYL; he's an absolute tosser, a Grade A Prick, complete bellend.

I'm not going to rehash my reasoning for that other than to say he's a self-promoting, self-aggrandising fake - he most certainly isn't who and what he alleges to be.

I haven't got the time to watch the video at present - I will - but I've read Sprocket's summary.
And the thing is, do any of us doubt the possibility that what he says is true?
I certainly think that he may well be speaking the truth, or at least part truth.

We shouldn't let our preconceived opinions colour or ability to think for ourselves - and the same applies to those who would blindly accept everything he says as gospel.

No-one can deny that anyone voicing concerns about Islam and its effect on our society are being censored.

But as usual, SYL has bottled it.
Instead of facing up, using the court date to try and get his opinion across and show just how the concerns that many of us share with him are being stifled, distorted and restricted he oh so predictably runs away like the yellow bellied coward he is.
