How about a summary, mate?

It's the old contempt of court case from a few years back after he posted a video of a refugee kid being bullied and beaten up in 2018 and made the libelous/slanderous claim he 'beat up mutliple girls black and blue and threatened to stab another' in a case he lost in 2021 and was ordered never to repeat the claims again by the judge as he was inciting hatred and terror by spreading lies about an innocent child and had no evidence for any of his seven libelous claims.

He repeated his libelous claims in his new film he aired recently against the court ruling so is under an arrest warrant for contempt of court and fled the UK before his due court appearence and prosecution earlier this week.

He's pretending to be the victim despite being arrested under the terrorism act and admitting he had made up the claims and more recently repeated them knowing he was in breach of the court orders and still hasn't paid the original damages/legal fees as he bankrupt due to coke addiction.

Original case
Matrix Chambers

'Held: At trial the defendant sought to defend the allegations as true. Mr Justice Nicklin ruled that he “fell woefully short” of doing so, and that the allegations were false and without foundation.

Given the seriousness of the allegations and the prominence with which they published, and the fact that the defendant persisted with them until trial, the Judge ruled that the sum of £100,000 in damages was required to vindicate and compensate the claimant.

The Judge also ordered an injunction to prevent the defendant repeating the same or similar allegations and that the defendant pay all the costs of the action.'

Recent case
Jamal Hijazi vs Stephen Yaxley-Lennon

Tl;dr - his usual idiocy and failing to understand anything about UK law and legal system.

Pretty much the whole video is his attempt at a rebuttal.

Shame he fled the country then rather than make his "rebuttal" in Court?

I can understand how he has no faith left in the court after watching the video. If it was me I'd have no faith either

I am sure he would say that.

Look at the fellow's extensive criminal record SprocketUK.

And the fact that he's in breach of court rulings.

Never mind also that he is under an arrest warrant for contempt of court as bastion kindly points out.

He's on the run and looking for an excuse and sympathy from the public.

To me, he's trying to pull at heartstrings.

End of the day it won't work on the people or in a court of law once he lands in front of a judge.

So this is the new video from Tommy.
Im not one of his fans,

Tommy doesn't have very many fans. And even the few that are his fans usually have to say they aren't his fans because of the way he is.

I believe in all those convictions 'A big boy did it and ran away'.

Always the victim.

He's a convicted crim and has no respect for the law. In fact, he openly flouts the law.

Unsurprisingly, the law treats him accordingly.

I watched most of it.

Ok, I had no info about this case, I am here in the US. No dog in this fight as we say.

Couple questions though.
What about all the people, including kids, that are in this "movie" talking about the Syrian boy's behavior, beating up other kids and threatening to rape the boy's sister?
What about the actual video of the incident, where it is NOT even close to waterboarding?

To me, this whole thing seems to be the exact same thing, that goes on here in the US with the media.
Blow a story completely out of proportion.
Protect someone that isn't "white" at all costs, no matter what
Protect you A** if the truth is not what you reported, and Deny, Deny, Deny.

Really a sad case. And one seen way to often in the world today.

The victim of his own actions. For which he refuses to take responsibility for.

Always the whining victim.

Whats that line from The Clash/Crickets "I fought the law and the law won".

Especially when you're a pr@cks pr@ck like Robinson.

Apparently, when he gets the jail, he's got to get segregated for his own protection.

And that from his own kind no less.

As well as every other race he chooses to denigrate, which speaks volumes. LoL
