I wouldve liked Vivek, but I guess he was never an option. I think Trump has a lot of well founded trust issues, but I think Vivek proved with his plans he would be solid in that area. Vivek say a lot of things we want to hear, but has yet to prove himself. He's as smooth a speaker as Obama was, and look where that got us.

I honestly was considering third party, due mostly to Trump's age-but after the assisination attempt they can run the Arcangel Michael and Trump will still be getting my vote. (Unless I die between now and November; then I will most assuredly be voting the Democratic ticket. )

Hopefully he's not another turncoat like Pence turned out to be.

I expect that some of the other options told Trump to “F-off”.
Due to knowing what happens to anyone that hitches their wagon to the Trump train.
Why not Pence? He was a brown noser. (Orange noser, I guess)?

Why do you say that? Vance is young, brilliant, and articulate. I think a super choice. Rubio has baggage and Trump doesn't need an extra left for the Spanish vote. In States where the Spanish vote counts, he either has a lock already or is just not getting it like with CA. Bergum would be good too, but doesn't bring anything extra to the table. With Vance, he is going after the young people.

He will be 40 in August, he met his wife at Yale in 2010, they have 3 children. His wife, Usha Chilukuri Vance, is the daughter of Indian immigrants.

I wasn't enthusiastic about Vance, but it looks like he is pissing off the right people.

Heeeey, I think those things about Trump too. All except for "America's Hitler" anyhow. But I still think Trump is best for the country. With JD Vance, they will be even stronger.

Unlike many Leftists, Vance is not only extremely intelligent...but can admit when he was wrong.
