No threads by that user.

It's a throw-away account for them.

Likely a sock.

Did you guys see the clip of the prophet dude from months ago describing the coming assassination attempt? He was pretty spot on that it got his right ear, and he even holds his ear in the spot to show where the bullet hit.

Did you hear what else he said? He spoke of all kinds of prosecution/ Persecution that would mount against Trump, then amazingly all that fell apart and went away. And this is some of what he was talking about.

Here it is for anybody who hasn't seen it -

Only Congress has the authority to create federal Officers.

They intentionally let the statute that created the Special Council lapse, meaning it no longer exists.

The DOJ tried to side step that by creating their own special council office. Which was illegal.

Which is why the case has been dismissed.

I knew it was over when the oversight committee called out Garland on creating a office of government that didn’t exist and was never voted on in the senate or appointed by the prez. Garland is such a sleazy scumbag and needs to be impeached.

For all of you who believe Jack Smith's appointment was legal, do you also believe the appointment of a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden was also illegal?

Nope. Sorry. He was not legally appointed.

The Appointments Clause says, "Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the Supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States be appointed by the President subject to the advice and consent of the Senate, although Congress may vest the appointment of inferior officers in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments." Smith, however, was never confirmed by the Senate.

Mr. Weiss was nominated by the former president in 2017 and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in 2018.

…and therein lies the difference. Weiss had also been on the Hunter case for years but the fact he was presidentially appointed and voted on in the senate is the difference between him and Smith. Garland doesn’t have the authority to just appoint any third party independent Joe shmoe as special counsel to represent the DOJ. Garland knew this, he’s just a slimy snake out to get Trump.

Our maybe he was illegally appointed. That is the actual fact. She is on no one payroll. She is a judge who followed the law.

Amazing huh?

But some people cheer for and are used to getting ‘their way’ of unlawful. So you have to forgive them. Well never mind, no you/we don’t.

Allow me a minute on the soap box?

They do know. They also know that by the time the justice system (the same one they operate under) catches up, the damage has been done. Moreover is that there is less than a zero percent chance of any culpability or accountability. Being in office has its merits and benefits. However the greater opportunities come after they are out of office. Being removed isn't enough and really doesn't alter or reduce their opportunities post office.

A pattern we have seen over, and over and over again.

Zero culpability. Zero accountability. Two things that ensure that this doesn't stop and only escalates.

and the interesting part is, this decision wasn't made this weekend, this opinion was likely written over several days, and was in motion before the events of the assassination attempt. (based on what folks who do this have said)

In other words, perfectly timed to coincide with the beginning of the RNC. It’s almost like judge Cannon is on Trump’s payroll.

Smith's rebuttal to the Trump Motion was what made the timing perfect. 😃 dontchya see?

What's to keep them from finding someone other than Jack Smith to prosecute, before January 20th?

The election interference shall continue!! But what made Jack Smith and "The Team" and AG Garland not see this obvious illegal appointment?? Many people cited this at the very start. 😊

FBI entrapment too. The search warrant was illegally obtained!

No it wasn't. A few weeks ago Judge Cannon ruled that it was legal.

Also, it has nothing to do with Jack Smith. The Special Counsel wasn't even appointed until a few months after the search took place.

Link to The Papers?? 😃

The answer is because it took exactly this long to stop it.

...and they knew that.

by the time someone can do something, the goal has already been accomplished. Like student loan forgiveness. Doesn't have to happen, just offer the illusion it will. Long enough to get the votes. Then, who Give a F?

I think you are spot on.
