and the interesting part is, this decision wasn't made this weekend, this opinion was likely written over several days, and was in motion before the events of the assassination attempt. (based on what folks who do this have said)

In other words, perfectly timed to coincide with the beginning of the RNC. It’s almost like judge Cannon is on Trump’s payroll.

The case dockets update in my link of the OP directly refute your assertions.

While this won't change your small mind, it's good for others to be aware that you are (as usual) absolutely full of.....stuff.

"Documents Case Against Former President Trump in Florida Dismissed!"

Would make for a more descriptive title, making this thread easier to find in the future.

Just saying...

So not going to admit the SCOTUS ruling made it inevitable? How could it not be that way? Oh wait, it had to those steady acceptance of the liberal lies that made you believe in something that was BS so you could let or even help them steal our freedoms.

Ooh, the talking heads are going to be upset.

Will they be able to contain themselves?

Or will they go right back screeching about "literally Hitler" and "putting people in camps" after saying we should turn down the temperature?

That right there.....

Only time will tell but I have the feeling that it will definitely be toned down, at least for several months. Trump needs to watch himself as well. But the Left will need some serious internet interference in order to get a grip on the fever grade pitch of the unhinged evil hatred they are spewing. It's pure evil with no stops and they think they are funny or cute. Anything to fit in I guess.

True, and why worry about useful idiots on a board talking BS? The facts were they railroaded Trump in every way and are out for blood. The whole world sees it.

What's to keep them from finding someone other than Jack Smith to prosecute, before January 20th?

FBI entrapment too. The search warrant was illegally obtained!

No it wasn't. A few weeks ago Judge Cannon ruled that it was legal.

Also, it has nothing to do with Jack Smith. The Special Counsel wasn't even appointed until a few months after the search took place.

And one of the most satisfying aspects of the dismissal is how Black Justice Clarence Thomas struck back at the liberal attackers of Trump and himself. He is the ultimate overseer of all Florida/Georgia cases.

Justice Clarence Thomas approves of Judge Aileen Cannon's decision. (I did a thread on this over a year ago.)

Want to appeal it, numbskulls Biden and Garland? Take it to the Supreme Court, LOL!

Phuck all of you! (Biden/Garland/FBI-15/Smith)

MSNBC and Liberal Trump-haters saw this coming, which is why they began attacking Justice Clarence Thomas right after the Document's case was handed to Judge Aileen Cannon. Here's one of the latest attacks...from July 10, 2024.

The FBI hid importance evidence when obtaining the warrant to RAID Donald Trump's home, in 2022.

As we (MAGA/Q followers) knew, the case never had a chance. Thomas/Cannon were just waiting for more reasons to throw it out. Cannon/Thomas knew Democrats would screw themselves, like they always do, in time.

Next stop...GEORGIA's FANI. Justice Thomas oversees that area of the country also!

Our maybe he was illegally appointed. That is the actual fact. She is on no one payroll. She is a judge who followed the law.

Amazing huh?

It's not a fact. It's an allegation. There is no law that says this. Many other cases in federal court have made this argument and the argument was rejected. This argument was presented in the SCOTUS case whose decision was announced on July 1 and the majority did not support this argument. Justice Thomas was the only one who supported the argument in his dissenting opinion, so it does not have the weight of a SC decision.

The whole point of her decision here is to protect Trump in the case where he does not get re-elected. It will provoke a series of appeals that probably would eventually find their way to the SCOTUS if he is not re-elected. But that would take years. Unless Jack Smith has some other strategy up his sleeve that we don't know about yet, he will appeal this decision and it will probably be overturned by the same appeals court that slapped Cannon down before and she will probably be removed from the case. That's probably what she wants, because she's seen the evidence and if the case goes to trial, she knows that Trump would be convicted. She doesn't want to be the judge who has to find him guilty. So the case will probably get restarted under a different judge. That probably can't happen until after the election.

If Trump does get re-elected, he will direct his DOJ to drop the case, and issue himself a pardon. In that event, the case would never make it up to the SCOTUS. Cannon's work here is done. Look for her to get a cushy job in a future Trump administration.

Only Congress has the authority to create federal Officers.

They intentionally let the statute that created the Special Council lapse, meaning it no longer exists.

The DOJ tried to side step that by creating their own special council office. Which was illegal.

Which is why the case has been dismissed.

You must be missing the citation in the Judges' order.

Confirmation by the senate being the operative part in Article II, Section II.

Thank you for your valuable service...

Did you guys see the clip of the prophet dude from months ago describing the coming assassination attempt? He was pretty spot on that it got his right ear, and he even holds his ear in the spot to show where the bullet hit.

Did you hear what else he said? He spoke of all kinds of prosecution/ Persecution that would mount against Trump, then amazingly all that fell apart and went away. And this is some of what he was talking about.

good. It's nice to see equal justice even if they have to make it equal themselves. Or was the left leaning judges totally fair because they gave rulings you liked?

We know it to be a lie about the way they appointed him now don't we? YUP we do! SCOTUS rulings slammed the door shut. They can try but have to follow the law on appointments.
