I couldn't sleep so I turned it on and caught a half hour of his 90 minute speech. The part about open borders was good. But he rambled like usual ... saying impossible things like his administration would cure cancer and alzheimers. His trademark bloviating was gone, I have noticed a change in him since the shooting.
