Generally speaking the Japanese are notoriously racist towards anyone who isn't Japanese, particularly Black people.
As a matter of interest; Gandhi was very, very racist in his attitude to Black people whom he viewed as subhuman.

But we aren't allowed to mention any of this.

This is quite a condescending insult on Black people.

My Black friends think its hilarious that some White people actually believe this bollocks.

I lived in Japan for three years and can attest that this is true.
They particularly hate Koreans for some reason.
