"Thinking Cap" time, ATS members...

WHY would an outgoing administration implement rules that allow Federal execution of traitors, in batches at a time?

The new rule is worded with deceptive simplicity: “Federal executions are to be carried out by lethal injection or by any other manner prescribed by the law of the State in which the sentence was imposed.” Behind this bureaucratic prose hides a stark fact: In our supposedly civilized nation, the federal government now will be able to hang, electrocute, gas, or shoot individuals if it does not want to kill them by lethal injection.

The popular vote is immaterial because it doesn't win elections. The real truth is Trump supporters fooled the left by lying on polls for a year. Did you know that in some states you can vote Democrat in the primaries then vote Republican in the general?
Half of this nation is capable of seeing HRC for exactly what she is, just like we see what the Bushes are and were.

I'm curious....what did orangeman do that directly impacted your life for the worst?

It's for juries to decide in objective trials with all the evidence presented.

And the evidence is substantial.

So you agree it's not the president's job to file charges or assign prosecution. The president can fire somebody but can't put them in jail. That's a judicial function separate from the executive branch.

Almost all of DC and Congress critters appear to be compromised. How can we let them decide their own fate for their crimes that way? We can't that is how. Portions of our Judicious system is compromised in RICO crimes. We need the military tribunals to dispense their justice now.

What I'm saying is that Trump cannot do what certain members here are demanding. "Dictator for a day" notwithstanding, the presidential office doesn't have the power to prosecute or to incarcerate.

Trump's Gag Order - An update: June 25, 2024

Judge Merchan pulls the 8 inch knife out of Trump's back by 1 inch, and expects the former/next President to be thankful!

The illegal GAG order on former President Trump, related to the illegal Hush-money trial, was RELAXED a bit today by corrupt Judge Juan Merchan.

NEW YORK (AP) — A judge on Tuesday modified Donald Trump’s gag order, freeing the former president to comment publicly about witnesses and jurors in the hush money criminal trial that led to his felony conviction but keeping others connected to the case off limits at least until he’s sentenced July 11.

Judge Juan M. Merchan’s ruling — just days before Trump’s debate Thursday with President Joe Biden — clears the presumptive Republican nominee to again go on the attack against his former lawyer Michael Cohen, porn actor Stormy Daniels and other witnesses.
Full Story Here: apnews.com...

Exposing the main criminals, are still "Off limits". But Hochul, Bragg, Merchan, Letitia, Garland and Biden will still PAY DEARLY for their crimes against Trump and America, beginning 8 months from now. Guaranteed. 😎

If congress and/or DOJ agree to pursue criminal charges, then yes. Good luck with that. One man in the White House doesn't change the equation anymore than it did in 2020 when zero (0) criminals were apprehended or punished for their misdeeds. Time will tell.

Well , the Precedent has been Set by the Biden Administration and Joe himself for the Weaponization of the Presidency against Political Opponents . If a Reelected President Trump Cared to continue that " Trend " , who's to Blame him considering what he has Personally gone through ? But he Will Not do that because it is Un-american to it's Core .

One AG (Letitia) and one DA (Bragg) in New York set a historical precedent.

One AG working with U.S. President Trump 2.0 can do the same...and so much more.

So what you're saying here is the next AG, presumably a more conservative appointee, will emulate the legal strategems and ethics displayed by Letitia and Bragg?
