No matter the sentence it will have some probation. He better hope they actually release him till sentencing so he can have one last party. They do not have to.

Plus, SCOTUS needs to be held to account for those decisions and end their record of punting cases that are directly caused by their opinions and decisions.

Some Federal Income Tax fraud committed by Hunter occurred too long ago to charge him now, unless an immoral D.A. like Alvin Bragg can "re-work and convert the crimes" to the type that can be tried many years later.

Hunter Biden is also liable for taxes not being paid on the millions of dollars he's made from selling his infamous painting and sculptures, since he took on that career, in 2021.

An appeal will definitely be filed. Lowell brought up the constitutionality of the laws in question during this case. So you can be sure that will make up part of the appeal.

They may also go with a selective prosecution route, considering how rarely these charges are brought and the fact that the gun wasn't even tested until after Hunter was charged.

Much like Trump, Hunter's a first time offender and these are non-violent crimes. The odds of jail time for either of them are relatively low.
