If it is so solid why is there not an underlying crime?
It’s been explained to ad nauseam, but some of you just keep repeating these Alina Habba talking points over and over! Here’s a clue for you, all the nonsense that vile little creature spews on Fox News, is not the same as what Trumps actual lawyers are arguing in court… why is that?

Prosecute Stormy Daniels if she hasn't declared her 'Hush' money to the IRS when she allegedly received it.
Bally
The prosecution window may have closed for Stormy, just like it did for Hunter Biden's tax crimes.

Spelling Bill Barr’s name out in full does not legitimize his criminal bootlicking and corrupt behavior.
Nothing that guy can say will overturn the fair and irrefutable criminal conviction of the stinky orange baby man.
It’s exhausting.

Cohen set the whole thing up. He has been caught stealing money from Trump. Maybe she never actually gave her money, maybe it was just a scam and now she wants to capitalize on it somehow.
I do not know what happened with that whole deal. We may have been fed a lot of lies about the whole thing for all I know. Maybe stormy and Cohen were working together too.

He was convicted of falsifying business records for the purpose of covering up another crime. All 12 jurors had to be unanimous that he falsified business records for the purpose of covering up another crime.
Where people get confused is that all 12 jurors didn’t have to be unanimous on what that ‘other crime’ was since he wasn’t being convicted of the other crime, they just had to all agree that it was for the purpose of covering up another crime.
The Judge gave the Jury 3 options, tax violation, NY state election violation and federal election violation. By covering up the reimbursement as a ‘legal fee’, all 3 of those laws where broken anyway.
It’s a complicated law, but a completely legitimate NY law all the same.
