It's been alleged, it's been pondered and it's been opined upon.

What it hasn't been is met with evidence during trial. That being materially or with testimony. Nor was it on the verdict form.

Cohen set the whole thing up. He has been caught stealing money from Trump. Maybe she never actually gave her money, maybe it was just a scam and now she wants to capitalize on it somehow.

I do not know what happened with that whole deal. We may have been fed a lot of lies about the whole thing for all I know. Maybe stormy and Cohen were working together too.

Where people get confused is that all 12 jurors didn’t have to be unanimous on what that ‘other crime’ was since he wasn’t being convicted of the other crime, they just had to all agree that it was for the purpose of covering up another crime.

The Judge gave the Jury 3 options, tax violation, NY state election violation and federal election violation. By covering up the reimbursement as a ‘legal fee’, all 3 of those laws where broken anyway.

It’s a complicated law, but a completely legitimate NY law all the same.

Yes, But they cant actually tell you what the crime was. Assuming their is a crime or just thinking someone may commit a type of crime isnt a crime. WHAT WAS THE CRIME? Tell me what the crime was? You still didnt. I understand the loophole they used which was still a misdemeanor until they changed it for this trial. What was the crime? And unanimous means all 12 not 4 think this, 4 think that and 4 think something else. That is a kangaroo bull# court.
