cherokeetroy if they hit a US carrier with a missile the truth will out I'm sure, but those ""reports"" dont look exactly conclusive.

To be fair that's not far off the mark as to people not having a real say.

As to stopping them, i would not worry to much on that score, because if it does happen you may as well kiss your arse good bye, and that's if you are one of the lucky ones rather than those to survive such an event.

And as far as use of our missiles. Many countries use them. Saudis used our F-15s and missiles inside Yemen. And of course American made artillery leveled Gaza. Not seeing Raytheon, Northrup, or Lockheed giving a sh*t either.

It wasn't that hard to play Reagan. Joe's already has the dementia thing. Now he just needs to say "well" a lot and approve a massive black-budget overhaul to build "Death Stars."

If we are to judge the Russisn threat by peace time tank readiness and maintenance, I can't imagine they are fully keeping up on the nuclear stockpile. All nukes of threat need to have been built or reconditioned after 2005 at earliest. I think most their stockpile is bunk after 15-20 years anyway.

Going all the way back to the beginning... I stated the Houthis claimed to strike the Eisenhower. Which they did. They made an official announcement about it. Centcom confirmed the attempt was made. ASBMs presented an eminent threat to the US Coalition and commercial ships. Ships in the Red Sea were targeted with missiles. I told you I couldn't substantiate the Houthis claim. I couldn't and I still can't. So I don't know what you're after, exactly?
