He partially lifted , in a limited manner, the ban with a focus on defending Kharkiv. These elements need to be used in a counterfire - defensive manner. They can be used offensively to eliminate the build up of invading resources near Kharkiv.
That isn't the same as him saying "have at it and drop the gloves". If they get used currently then that means RUssia was the aggressor and just like they were with the invasion are accountable for their actions. If or when they become an active element used outside of Kharkiv then that is a whole different story, until then its limited .
Biden partially lifts ban on Ukraine using US arms in strikes on Russian territory, US officials say
President Joe Biden has given Ukraine the go-ahead to use American weaponry to strike inside Russia for the limited purpose of defending Kharkiv, according to three U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

Dont think so.
Because if they do NATO forces will be forced to intervene.
Should Putin be stupid enough to start chucking tactical nukes out of the pram.
He also has been made aware that he is personally targeted at all times.
And China wont be to happy considering if a full-blown nuclear conflict materializes in Europe there goes their marketplace to sell the majority of their export products.

I think you missed the "US Hardware" part of the story. What Russia and Ukraine do to each other is clearly up to them. What the US does to Russia is our problem.
It is the continued escalation out of the Biden Administration that can become a problem. We are miles away from the aid we were providing two years ago. What happens in 6 months?
Clearly the Biden administration is banking on Russias unconstitutional surrender... what happens when that doesn't come?

Russia is the second largest exporter of weapons in the world. Is every use of them Russia attacking someone?
I assume that's an autocorrect from unconditional and no one expects or wants that. They want Russia to withdraw its troops from Ukraine.

The US isn't just selling weapons to Ukraine. We are providing a lot more aid than that. The analogy doesn't hold.
Yes - sorry about the misspelling; I am dyslexic and the writen form of language is difficult for me. Even with autocorrect and multiple proofreadings incorrect words still slip by. You should have seen me in high-school before they retraining my brain, illegible.
The problem with your argument is that NATO have already been intervening in this conflict and there continues to be escalation month over month. How can something that is already happening be a deterrent?
You are also relying on the man who started this war to have set boundaries for himself. If he was a reasonable man he would not have invaded Ukraine in the first place.
China cares about world domination; it's leaders are already rich and powerful enough to do anything they want; economics isn’t the Ends for them it is a means to an end. They don't calculate world conflict as you discribe.
Listen I get it Russia bad; and I agree. But that doesn't mean you continue to escalate your provocation toward them (over a miniscule country on their board not yours) hoping they swerve first in the game of chicken. The point of the game is that once it starts its outcome is unpredictable even if you have the newer shiny car.
What happens in 6 months?
