The judge was mysteriously assigned to ALL cases involving Trump

Supposedly at random for all three cases. I can find the source if you like. But it stated a 1 in 15,000 chance of that occurring if actually random.

Yes i believe there are 24 judges plus Merchan - an acting judge.
All 3 cases could have gone to one of 25 judges.
All 3 went to Merchan.

That - all on it's own - is enough evidence of the corruption of the justice system to get Trump.

1 in 15,000 chances Merchan was randomly picked fr all 3 cases?
RIGGED!

Please send me a Leftist here to say Merchan was just randomly 'lucky'.

$53m in donations to Trump's campaign in the first 24 hrs. after the verdict.

30% of the donations came from 'first time' (over 150,000 new) donors.

Fulton County and similar counties will need to work extra overtime come November 8th.
They will be very very busy.
I hope they are practicing hard or we might not get a result until 2025 the amount of forms they will need to create and fill out/change.

that kind of answers the question as to what ramifications the Judge could face. RICO sounds logical and it could encompass the entire group of cheats, Biden and Garland included.

What if the margin of fraud is percentage based?

I’d like names of the White House staff they were in cahoots with.
White House visitor logs, everyone’s phone logs, emails, financials etc.
Need another special council as well to sort it.
Anybody who fights this is going on the list, regardless of party.
Hopefully this at least keeps the Dems busy while Trump gets to work.

Committing those 37 crimes is like saying somebody killed the same person 37 times. 😀💥

I think that's the actual plan.

Yet, I reserve strong doubts about any indictments or prosecutions.

Yeah I think you’re right.
It’s sad to say but the republicans are going to have to take the gloves off.
No more following the rules while the other party doesn’t.
It’s going to get ugly.
There are a ton of pissed off republican voters right now.
They’re calling for heads on pikes.

It's a real inflexion point.

Eye for an eye?
Pursuit of justice that half the country (arguable) doesn't agree on?

A true leader is needed to navigate these waters. I'm all for vengeance and retribution.

But I am not a leader of men.

You are quoting the Declaration of Independence which is not the Constitution. You are mixing it up to find a cocktail that fits your argument.

LOL...What?
No, I'm not. I'm telling you it's NOT in the Constitution, and it certainty aint in the Declaration of Independance. LOL

In the US, if you are arrested, you have to be proven guilty.

I never said that wasn't true. However, when "you" are arrested, the arresting officer, the jailer taking your fingerprints and your mug shot and the prosecutors preparing a case against you don't have a presumption of your innocence. The judge setting your bail doesn't consider your innocence. They're there, keeping you behind bars, until you can pay them money for bail, maybe by refinancing your house, to protect society from you, because society doesn't have an obligation to offer you the presumption of innocence either. If you are able to post bail, your boss might fire you from our job, because customers are uncomfortable and not presuming you are innocent.

The presumption of innocence isn't a constitutional right, nor is it a platitude offered us in the Declaration of Independance. Due Process is a constitutional right. Yes, the government has to prove your guilt through due process, before it can take your life, liberty or property. In the meantime, the government has a hold of your property and/or your liberty until they're satisfied that the crime you're accused of hasn't been proven.

The presumption of innocence is an elusive platitude.

Yeah I think it’s really going south.
I’m reading all sorts of crazy crap from the republicans.
They are losing their minds over this.
I’m not shocked by the verdict at all and I’m a very surprised by some of the rhetoric.
Maybe it’s faux rage, or maybe they really needed a reality check because they were clueless of how corrupt the Dems are.
Jordan is showing himself to be full of hot air.
Gaetz is a politician first, statesman last.
Massie is my bet to start something tangible.
I hope somebody, besides Trump, with an actual set steps up soon.
If the Dems continue unabated we’re going to have some crazy sh!t go on. Kind of like what happened because of ruby ridge and Waco.
Nobody wants that.

Yep.

Rural counties and precincts should hold out to the bitter end to be counted.
