The jury just needs to be convinced that the accused's intent for falsifying business records was to attempt to commit or cover up other crimes.

If the person isn’t convicted of those supposed other crimes, they are innocent. Is that false. So how can something they are persuaded innocent in be used to bump charges up to a felony.

I would bet, after all their years in politics, the Clintons have some serious dirt on a lot of people. Most of D.C are probably terrified of what they could reveal, like the Epstein list. Even if Trump had tried, the DOJ, FBI and every other alphabet agency would have turned a blind eye, just like Comey did.

We want another term of Trump and the deep state doesn't.

If you have an issue with how New York's law is written, bring it up with the New York legislature. If you have an issue with how its been litigated, bring it up with the years of precedent that have been set since its passage.
