Well that’s the thing, it just doesn’t make any kind of logical sense. That’s the whole reason the defense hasn’t even really attempted to argue for a not guilty verdict.

All they’ve done is throw mud at the wall in an attempt to gain reasonable doubt.

Trump was his vehicle to cash...he stole from redfin no problem...but he knows trump pays enough attention that stealing from someone already willing to pay you very well to practice law for him isn't a good mark. It was easy to see the reason...Cohen even testified to as much...he wanted to and thought he would be the AG...and he wanted that more than anything. He fixed the problem and hid how so he could cash in on the AG spot.
