She's including inappropriate showers with dad as trauma connected with her molestation.
For the life of me, I can't figure how you connect showers with her dad as the origins of her memories of being turned on at inappropriate times, showing boys her underwear and having sex with friends, plural.
She's flat out spelling it out to you.
Inappropriate showers with dad = Trauma connected to molestation!

Look. If a child has been sexually molested by a naked man, then being in the shower with their naked father could trigger the trauma of a suppressed memory.

There is absolutely no suggestion whatsoever that that happened. Ashely Biden doesn't accuse her father of molestation anywhere in her diary.
These are your thoghts and projections, not Ashley Biden's.

Says you. Please, explain what she is talking about.
She's specifically looking for its origins, wondering if she was sexually molested and musing that showers with her did were probably inappropriate.
She is NOT "wondering".
She specifically stated that she thinks she was molested.
"Was I molested? I think so."
THINK is not KNOW.
She fails to identify any incident of molestation, but remembers being turned on, having sex with friendS (plural; group sex or more than one sexual partner?) and showing boys her underwear. She's wondering where these urges originated.
Honestly, I can't imagine anyone getting turned on after showering with their dad, or wanting to show boys their underwear or wanting to have sex with friendS, after showering with their dad.
She doesn't KNOW that she's been molested, but she thinks she was, based on her urges.

In the diary she says she was always boy crazy and says the panty flashing was happening in 2nd grade. So around 7 or 8 years old.
The bit about hating the Woolzack's house (which many seemed to have overlooked) could mean that if she was molested it probably happened there. Doesn't remember but still hated that place.
On the page after the one in the tweet she mentions that her mom was emotionally unavailable and dad was. One line in quotes says "I'm not your mother".
I think it would need to be clarified if dad was in the shower with her or just there while she showered and she felt aroused.
So, while (probably inappropriate) could mean it should have been her mother and not her dad or it could mean her reaction wasn't appropriate. It doesn't necessarily mean he was naked with her in the shower.

If she was autistic, that would have been publicized by now years ago. 😃
She would have written it in her diary don't you think 😊

Let's all speculate now what -- "at a YOUNG AGE" means.
Isn't it interesting -- that part seems to be left out of previous conversations.
How old were you when your dad had naked showers with you?
Few people shower fully clothed.

The era, the age of polite debate is over.
It's dead.
When the left has spent the past decade calling everyone racist, Nazi, fascist, dictator, etc, it's time to treat the left how they've been treating the rest of us.
With utter contempt and insult to whatever remains of their character.
