Labour: 37% (-1)
Reform: 19% (+2)
Conservatives: 18% (nc)
Lib Dems: 14% (-1)
Green Party: 7% (-1)
SNP: 3% (+1)
Plaid Cymru: 1% (nc)
Other: 2% (+1)

"While this is just one poll, it represents a moment of huge danger to the Conservatives - even if Reform's support falls back a bit ahead of election day," Will Jennings, Sky polling analyst says.

"Because of the geography of their support, Reform are not projected to win many seats but they could still cost the Conservatives wins in narrowly contested seats across the country.

"In many places this will make the difference between a constituency returning a Conservative or Labour MP," he says.[

Sunak standing by his advisor who put a bet on the election being in July and is now being investigated will likely cost him votes too.

Devolve powers over over transport , skills , housing and planning to local Mayors (keeps Andy Burnham happy)

A new Border Security command to target smugglers.

Underwhelmed and unimpressed.

Because not all kids who go to Public school are from rich families but rather from parents who struggle to give their kid a better education than they had , it's these people who will be effected not the rich.

It's typical Labour "Class War" , everyone needs to be homogenised.

I haven't seen a breakdown but I suspect the majority of families sending kids to public schools are from the more comfortable side of the poverty line.

If working class kids get to to public schools it would be better to subsidise directly rather than apply a blanket tax waiver that mainly benefits the better off.

The problem is the system is fine as it is , parents are already having to pay more as tuition fees rise and Public schools offer scholarships and bursaries to underprivileged kids if they show ability so there is a route in for those who want it.

Starmer and his Champaign Socialists will do nothing to stop migration and everything to screw us over for the next 5 years.

I disagree the system is fine.

I dont object to people paying for better education for their kids any more than i object to private healthcare. But the tax payer shouldn't be subsidising it.

Apparently, this is an image of Sunak’s childhood home.

6 bedrooms, and a gym with a double garage.

Oh how he must have suffered.

Farage and Tice held a press conference this afternoon , Farage has demanded the BBC let him in on the leaders debate scheduled for next week given the recent poll putting Reform second and says he would like a face to face debate with Starmer .... boy I'd like to see that.

Reform UK are our last chance to save what is left of this Country , Labour will not do anything about migration legal or illegal.

Vote Reform UK.

Not a Reform supporter but he might have a point with the debate.

I wouldn't normally be a Reform supporter but I think our Country and our way of life is under real threat , not really a fan of Farage either but he is our last chance as he's the only one saying what most of the country already know , mass immigration is not only a social problem it's also a National Security problem.

We spend at least £7 million a day housing illegal immigrants , give them dental and medical care while the British public can't get a dentist or a doctors appointment , the unfortunate ones who can no longer afford to pay their rent out living on the streets while Illegal immigrants are tucked up safe and warm.

There is a problem.
We need change.

We have problems with housing , access to medical care cost of living due to years of Tory party incompetence.

That causes a lot more social issues than immigration.

So you're happy to continue on with legal and illegal migration with it inevitably rising under a Labour government ?

The NHS was hit hard by Covid with many experienced doctors and nurses leaving after it , the NHS budget is being eaten up by the costs of agency doctors and nurses and chronic mismanagement , add that to rising local populations of people with various underlying health problems and you can see why it is under pressure , pumping more money in is not the answer its just a sticking plaster , cuts in management , training and accountability for decisions taken by managers is desperately needed.

I work in the NHS and the waste and mismanagement I see in hospitals would make your eyes water , My trust is over 90 million overspent which has led to a recruitment freeze.

There is s lot of options with regard immigration control that don't boiil down to blame migration for everything wrong in the country.

We spend less on health care thsn most comparable countries and have done fior decades, so lack of money definitely is part of the problem.

While there are lots of inefficiency and areas for improvement in the NHS that applies to any organisation, public or private sector.

If I rember correctly the NHS spends far less on management than most organisations.

Immigration is the biggest factor with the housing crisis and rent increases though, it certainly isn't an explosion in the birth rate lol.
Take 2023, net migration was just over 600,000 that's net, after including everyone who left the country.
In the same year only 40,000 new homes were built.

No matter how much you try to deny it, the figures speak for themselves, and immigration is THE major contributing factor, certainly for the sky high rents and house prices.

...let me guess, you'll say it's because we aren't building enough new homes quickly enough next, anything except blaming the obvious elephant in the room!🤣😂🤣
