Thanks.

But the main issue is Trump paying Cohen.

The charges are about who ordered (and did) the accounting column placement(s) and who may have "suggested" lying to Trump about it and why. 😃

Trump reimbursed Cohen. That is what it’s about.

How - when - why - who —- is further discussion.

Up to the jury.

Nope. The charges are about who ordered (and did) the accounting column placement(s) and who may have "suggested" lying to Trump about it and why. That's the alleged "crime" 🤓

Who signed the checks?

More than one — as in payments.

The check signature has nothing to do with the charges and who ordered the accounting column method. It's a good deflection for the next 3 witnesses though. 😊

The "Prosecution" needs an exit strategy with help from The Judge. 😃

You want it to be what you want it to be.

I’ll wait for the jury and final judgement.

It has nothing to do with want.

It has everything to do with the fact that the Federal Election Commission, the DOJ, and the New York State Attorney General all passed on this case.
There is no case.

There’s a trial.

There’s a jury.

I’ll wait for the final.

Some minor corrections...

- There is a "sham" trial

- There is a "highly biased" jury "presided over by a biased judge".

- I'll wait to see how long the verdict stands under the scrutiny of an Appellate court, if it gets that far.

My statements are fact.

Yours are opinion.

You're welcome.

And what do you think about Bragg's paralegal admitting to deleting evidence in the form of 3 pages of records of calls between Keith Davidson and Michael Cohen?

Does it have any real direct importance to Trump reimbursing Cohen?

Shouldn't that be up to the defense to be able to review the deleted records to find out?
I believe the term is called 'Discovery.'

Please give me a good reason why call records between Stormy's lawyer and Cohen were deleted by Bragg's paralegal.

The jury can only consider evidence about the actual charges, nothing else.

Review the charges and you'll see no evidence has been presented. 😃

If there was no evidence.

There would be no trial.

This isn’t about what you want it to be.

They've presented no evidence yet to show any intent to place the accounting in an "illegal" column. 😀

They still don't even know who placed the accounting in an "illegal" column. 🤣

Hillary was found to be guilty of funding the Steele Dossier AFTER the election.

Hunter's laptop was validated as being his, only AFTER the election.

So this trial only illustrates that there are two levels of justice.

One for them, and one for the rest of us.

I have no strategy.

I’m not trying to embellish anything or make excuses.

It’s a jury trial. They will decided.

The prosecution is desperate for provable evidence of which they have none so far. Cohen will be on the stand for 2 or 3 days this week. The lies and deflections and red herrings will be more than plentiful. Cohen has absolutely no provable evidence that Trump was involved in any illegal accounting. THAT is the kicker for Mon-Wed 😀

Your going to try and ride this for eternity right if the jury goes corrupt and actually convicts even when its turned over on appeal, and use it as a sound byte in the future the way Pelosi and sometimes yourself bring up his impeachment (seldom used anymore) and stating "trump will always be impeached". I understand you will be disappointed, but hopefully not too much when he is inaugerated next year.

This trial has already crashed and burned. Your welcome to stare at the smoldering embers for the duration remaining... but I personally don't believe you will get your temporarily marketable sound byte of "he will always have been convicted by a jury of citizens" . That is really the only goal here, is to generate a marketable psyche weapon that can be repeated behind a sea of diverse actors in front of a staged rally in a commercial with empowering music and directives to rise up and resist "the criminal" that threatens the uniparty OUR DEMOCRACY!!

This is all that remains, this is the last gambit, the hail mary, the homerun at the bottom of the ninth. Knowing it will ultimately fail in the end, their hope is they can create this commercial and run it for long enough as a propaganda weapon through November to dissuade on the fence voters and rally their more extreme violent activists to try and repeat the chaos of 2020 before an appeal strikes it down .

The good news is, most citizens now recognize the psycological weapons of state propaganda now, have seen its ugly face in congressional hearings, have witnessed the double standards. The manure can be smelled for what it is now by even the most zealous former zombie. You may come around on it too one day.

And we will all be surprised when we find out WHO placed the entries where they entered them. Qualified CPAs do that work. We will soon know WHO and WHY and who may have paid them off to do the setup. 😃

The answers lie in the similarities in the Allen Weisselberg cases where Trump was set up. 😊

I mean, we the taxpayers pay for the congressional hush money slush fund. So those women don't matter either?

The worst thing about the hush scandal, is congress literally has a tax payer funded hush fund, and no one is talking about it.

That is the worse part.
