I’m hearing putting Costello on the stand was a complete disaster. Even the jury were rolling there eyes and laughing at him… the Judge even cleared the court room at one point.

A complete train wreck of a witness.

The prosecution proved Trump and his bodyguard were together just minutes before the phone call where Cohen claimed to contact the bodyguard and speak to Trump about the Stormy payment.

lol, huge blow to the defense…

Nobody ever denied they weren’t together.

Costello said on the stand that Cohen said numerous times that Trump didn't know, that Cohen did it on his own and that Cohen repeated that numerous times.

That sound you hear is the fat lady singing.
Cohen confirmed liar again.
Merchan considering dismissal.

Actually, that’s “he said — he said”

Does he have any pertinent verifiable proof?

He has as much proof as Cohen has.
Except Costello isn’t a convicted felon who went to prison for lying.

Don't think Costello ever admitted under oath to stealing $60k from an employer either.

The prosecution already brought up the money Cohen kept, the jury knew all about it. Wasn’t any big revelation… just another nothingburger from the defense.

LoL

Cohen admits to the DA, under oath in court, that he stole $30,000 from Trump.
I can’t wait to hear your spin when Trump moves into the White House again and Cohen moves back into the gray bar hotel. 😂

Judge Merchan has decided to not rule on a dismissal put forward by the defense till tomorrow.

Did Cohen admit he stole the money when it was "brought up" by The Prosecutors (they cleverly slurred over it)? He did today 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Cohen is Turkey Burgers on toast tomorrow 😃

Cohens finished testifying and the defense didn’t get anything more than a few little points, which the prosecution cleaned up on the redirect anyway. The whole thing about keeping the money really means nothing since the jury already knew about, probably actually gave him more credibility seeing him openly admitting to it.

Then the defense bring in that train wreck of a witness… not looking good for Trump.

Same crap, different day.

Before I went to work today, I saw the desperate deflection and defending by the Liberals and even the “I am not a Liberal” here for the corrupt Democrat donating judge and the lying and perjuring criminal Cohen.

I get home tonight and I see the insane Liberals and “I am not a Liberal” here still doing the same thing.

You guys are going to need some serious counseling when Trump gets elected in November.

I can’t wait.

I defend social equality rights.

That does not mean being irresponsible.

You didn't grow up with a disabled mom in the 50s -- and get thrown out of restaurants because a customer complained.

Treated no different than gays before laws gave both equal rights.

Here we are -- some 70 years later -- and prejudices are still rampant.

At least I can separate Republicans from Dominionist Right Wingers.

Just the fact that you consider Cohen the Liar even the slightest bit believable on any subject, let alone this trial, is comical.

If Hitler was on the stand for the prosecution trying to bury Trump, you would probably say he was interesting and funny too.

How will -- known fact: "Trump doesn't pay his workers" -- affect this trial?

How could it. The trial is LITERALLY about him paying someone after they submitted an invoice. See how silly that is?

. . . that's what YOU say.

then could you please describe what this trial is about?

Easy peasy. Get Trump, no matter how. Our democracy requires it.

"We had to destroy the village to save it".

Same mindset.

You got him this time. Orange jump suit for sure. You should put your credibility on the line and really show your conviction. Oh wait, that's what you are doing now. Well, I'm sure you got this.
