This will go nowhere ... and is probably illegal ... but it's fun to think about.
Send the pro-hamas lawbreakers on college campuses to Gaza for 6 months as punishment for their crimes.

New House GOP Bill To Send Pro Hamas College Law Breakers to Gaza for 6 Months

A new House Republican bill would send any person charged and convicted for illegal activity on a college campus to Gaza for at least six months.

Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., introduced the bill on Wednesday alongside Reps. Randy Weber, R-Texas, and Jeff Duncan, R-S.C., in response to the ongoing anti-Israel demonstrations on college campuses across the country.

Several of those protests have turned violent, with clashes between police and activists, as well as hundreds of activists being arrested across multiple campuses.

While Ogles' bill text does not mention Israel or the anti-Israel groups, it specifically targets unlawful activity on college campuses after Oct. 7, 2023, when Hamas militants invaded Israel in a surprise attack that killed over 1,000 people.

Is fun to at least think about.

Mostly for the paid agitators that are going to the campuses to get this mess started.
Maybe they would be a little more careful about the jobs they take.

Fun to think about but jail sounds more realistic.
Hold them to the same standards as the "J6ers"

They should also be given choices to self identify as anything they choose, and have those choices noted on an ID card. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

That’s hilarious that they’re talking about deporting citizens for using speech against another country.

So much winning!

The people calling for the genocide of all Jews, the people who are harming Jews and anti-hamas protestors, the people INFRINGING on the rights of others, are not using the 1st Amendment.

To call these assholes 1st Amendment users, is like calling a mass shooter, a 2nd Amendment user.

Seems like meaningless virtue signalling to me tbh.

Violent demonstrations or riots or whatever are already illegal.

That's why they're only done in cities where the DA won't prosecute.

What about the ones who aren’t calling for the genocide of Jews? But just are protesting Israel?

And to call for new legislation against speech after protests you don’t like is like calling for gun control after a mass shooter.

It's easy to make demands and destroy property and harass students in America.

If they're serious about their cause, send them overseas to fight with the Big Boys.

Again, you can say whatever you want, but WHEN YOU INFRINGE UPON THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS, IT STOPS BEING A RIGHT!!!!!!

And we have laws against violence and trespassing don’t we?

No need to do these blanket speech legislation and bills.

Nazis and the KKK have been having marches and offensive signs for decades. A Jewish lawyer on the ACLU argued for their right for speech as long as that’s all it was.

I don’t remember any republicans proposing bills against them.

And they were very vocal about Jews and blacks here, not another country.

So what’s different here?

Not for using speech against another country ....
For breaking the law while hugging on Hamas.

What other crimes can I be deported for right now?

Which is the far greater concern, and more deserving of legislation I would argue.
