Devastation....

Looks like ef4+ damage.

Some photos around showing bent anchor bolts. Trees debarked, slabs wiped and some ground/asphalt scouring.

If you look at some of the live streams you can see a few sub vortices around it. Which means it was very dynamic and violent.

Some of the crazier footages seen this year. Hopefully people there are getting help and many were safe as possible and in shelters.

I don't believe any statistics put out by the feds. I'm surprised you do... I can't find the site that mentioned 670, but there appears to have been 655 according to this site as an average. I don't trust those numbers either. Only those reported get recorded.

weather.com...

I hope you and your family aren't affected by this apparent el nino and the accompanying severe weather. Wind here in the valley has wreaked havoc on my garden.

Sorry its USA today is the web site.

I question all current numbers, I lived in Oklahoma for 10 years some years it sucked, others we might get 1. one stretch when I first got there Ok got hit with an F5 like 3 years in a row.

Just like I question the freak outs over hurricanes (spent 22 years in florida) some years are worse than others, family still lives in FL. My dad has lived there since the mid 60's right in the middle of the state, he laughs at every frantic worst season ever. Then points to years in his life time that either had higher frequency or worse storm.

I moved to central alaska recently, El nino hasnt been that bad in the central areas.

What should be worrying people is tornado alley is shifting, I am wondering if that is from the magnetic pole shift that seems to be happening.

Copy that....

Other than the magnetic pole shift, I also see the current storms on the sun and it's accompanying coronal ejections, heating up the oceans....where ultimately all the planets weather stems from.
