I won’t act like he’s Hitler or the absolute worst… but if we’re being real, his record is no better than Bush or Obama. I won’t weigh him against someone who should be in a home. Not a hill I’m willing to die on.

In Trump's defense, while he was brash and didn't care how he spoke, he only got 4 years and had the media and the democrats and judges all over America going against his every single move. Bush and Obama had 8 years each and not nearly the coverage. In my opinion, Trump did a fantastic job considering. The only unfortunate thing if he wins this time is that he'll only have 4 years, again, to reverse the bad that Biden has done. If another dem puppet wins the following election, we'll fall right back down.

This country is like that drug addicted alcoholic friend we want to help. Obama was the pal who would bring a 5th of whiskey and some weed to them every night. Trump was the one who started to bring them out of their drunken high stupor, but he left and Biden came in and started giving them a gallon of whiskey, some Xanax, and a bottle of Vyvanse to offset the Xanax so they wouldn't be too sleepy to halfway function.

Biden isn’t in good enough health to work at an ace hardware store much less run a country.

But I can’t stress enough how bad both of them are.

Biden appears healthier to me than Trump. He also seems more sane.

That explains a lot. Seriously.

The one you see as healthier and more sane can't stand and speak for 5 or 10 minutes, can't get his words out without royally botching them, can't figure out where the exit to the stage is at, forgets names, numbers, and ranks even though he's looking at them on a screen, reaches out to shake hands with people that aren't there, can't make it up a set of stairs without falling, etc.

And yet Trump was able to get about the same amount of debt and reckless spending in half the time of Obama.

$25 million in a day is more than Trump was able to raise on all of February. In fact, I think it set a record. But I get your need to diminish how well Biden is doing with fundraising since Trump is not.

Oooo, in one day. Sounds like you have nothing to worry about. Amirite?

Ukraine IS a waste of money. They need to handle their own battles, Russia isn't messing with us so we need to leave that alone. Ukraine, however, has taken billions of our tax dollars just like this foreign Singapore company is about to do since Biden wants to use our money to fix their frickups. On top of that, it's pretty much a guarantee that Putin wouldn't have made his move on Ukraine with Trump in office. He waited until Biden was in.

Sho hasn't gotten any better...

I still prefer Trump's way over what we've dealt with for the past few decades. Gotta take the good with the bad unless the bad outweighs the good. In my opinion, it doesn't in Trump's case. I didn't like his red flag laws, nor his push for a vaccine, but it's better than what we have right now.

All I'll say is that Biden seems to be playing to win while Trump does not. Biden has dozens of offices in swing states. Trump has none. Biden is out on the campaign trail and has visited numerous states in a short period of time. Trump's appearances have been cut back and has only visited one swing state in recent months. Biden is breaking records with his fundraising while Trump is lagging behind and redirecting a lot of the funds he is getting to his legal bills.

Trump's campaign seems to be a campaign in name only.

In the early 90s Ukraine gave up their nuclear stockpile (the 3rd largest in the world at the time) in exchange for security assurances. Whether you like it or not, the war in Ukraine does involve us.

I don’t see how outspending Obama could ever be perceived as good outweighing the bad.

The independents and right’s biggest gripe with Obama was his economic policy, reckless spending, and debt.

The right had all three branches and still kept increasing the budget while cutting taxes.

I understand the argument Trump is better than Biden, which is why he’s likely to win.

But he wasn’t a good president. The economy is the most important thing in the country and he introduced debt and inflation at record levels.

No it does Not . The United States of America being a Democratic Republic is Still Ruled by WE THE PEOPLE and Our Federal Government being Employees of Said People Will Do what the Will of the People Say So or be Removed . Ukraine is of No Interest to the People as a Whole considering it is Not a US Territory and We have No Legal Claim Over it .

See, I can't get behind that. If we can endure Iraqi freedom so Icarus can land on an aircraft carrier, we can fund a freaking proxy war against a more threatening dictator.

He invaded Ukraine because they went democratic. They told his puppet Lukashenko analog to go F himself. They elected a reality TV celebrity. Truly an American ally.

And all we did to him was leverage pre-war aid in a quid pro quo for some Watergate sh*t. But the aid went through and that event never happened.

I also like opposing Russia and China on all fronts. Neither give a crap about American prosperity. They mostly spend their time feeding us a steady stream of propaganda to cause unrest within our societies.

They mock our military, and convince America it can't still take any country on Earth unilaterally. I think that a negligible percentage of our 841 billion in defense spending can go to destroying 85% of Russian forces by proxy. 841 billion and people are complaining over a few hundred million and the principle of Ukraine fighting their own battles.

People think the cold war ended, or that Russia and China aren't behind 90% of data breaches.

I say proxy-fund them to oblivion. Let Ukraine serve as a example to China and the Island where the ORIGINAL government of the mainland resides.

Ukraine is our concern as much as Taiwan. Because our two most malevolent cold enemies can be kept in check through these geopolitical positions.

We let Russia assert psychological dominance over us if we walk away from funding Ukraine or China with Taiwan when it happens.

Biden isn't my first, fifth, five hundredth, five thousandth choice.

Trump is my absolute last.

Hold your nose for four more years with Biden President, and both Biden AND Trump will be gone, or be prepared for chaos and decades of undoing what four years of Trump has in store.

Sometimes it pans out that your last choice was always the only choice, it just took 5 thousand dumb ideas to finally accept the truth. It's called denial and you see it most frequently in cults. Ironic, no?
