And 40% of transwomen in men's prisons are sexually assaulted, by inmates and guards. What's your point?

Mayo Clinic still has it classified as a mental illness, nice try though.
You also went off the topic of the OP and started talking about Colorado instead of California as in the OP.
You had no real point to your rambling though

My point is that the way of the future is segregation to protect everyone. Missed it again as usual.

So segregation is only okay when it benefits the looney left? Gotcha
If "transwomen" had no equipment, how would they rape?
If "transmen" had equipment, how would they get raped? That one would be no different than regular rape in a men's prison.
But you also ignored the fact that you are incorrect about gender dysphoria not being classified as a mentnal illness.

Actually, considering that it is covered by the DSM-5, it actually is classified as a mental illness/disorder.

I posted on page 1 that Colorado will be segregating transwomen for their protection as well as women's protection should the prison system fail to ensure transwomen get their meds, and other prisons will follow suit. That is addressing the problem you have but you continue to fail to see the other side of the coin. Abuse is rampant in prisons, no matter your gender.
So, if you are going to prison - get a good lawyer.

So PREA ignores transwomen in men's prisons then because that's where all the rape is happening.
Rates of inmate-on-inmate sexual victimization in the previous 6 months were highest for female inmates (212 per 1,000), more than four times higher than male rates (43 per 1,000).

Do you think letting men who think they’re women into women’s prisons is going to increase or decrease these already grim numbers?
