As you know damn well, blue states are passing unconstitutional gun restrictions weekly.

Then they must go up the ladder in higher courts where most of them are deemed unconstitutional. Some may get through.

To carry any gun in any way in CA without a CCW is illegal. Anything remotely seen as an AR or BMG is also illegal to have. Any mag cannot be over 10 rounds... These are also felonies.
