The word innocent, however, appears multiple times.
So do plenty of other words.
Context usually matters.
By his own words under oath today: Hur's report did NOT say it "exonerated" Biden.

It was a five hour deposition. Nobody is going to be 100% on the entire time, but Biden came across as fluid, lucid, and good natured.

And what did he have to say about those topics?
“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” Hur wrote.
“Given Mr. Biden’s limited precision and recall during his interviews with his ghostwriter and with our office, jurors may hesitate to place too much evidentiary weight on a single eight-word utterance to his ghostwriter about finding classified documents in Virginia, in the absence of other, more direct evidence.”
“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” investigators wrote.

I like the sequence where they bring some Trump recording in and he basically can't remember anything.(; Is this actually still politics? And what does it do for the citizens, apart from squandering their tax money on such hearings? But it is quite interesting because it shows the lack of substance of the accusations quite clearly.

Of course you like that part but we are talking about Biden and his real crimes here, not Trump and his Dem manufactured crimes.
Try to keep up.

You may want to re-read the report. Every section concludes that there is insufficient evidence that Biden willfully retained classified documents.
"My team and I conducted a thorough, independent investigation," Hur testified.
"We identified evidence that the President willfully retained classified materials after the end of his vice presidency, when he was a private citizen."
We conclude that the evidence is insufficient to meet the government's burden. In accordance with the Justice Manual, because we do not believe the government is likely to obtain a conviction at trial, we decline prosecution.

Although Hur concluded in his report that a jury might be sympathetic to President Biden's diminished mental state and therefore declined to press charges, the special counsel admitted Tuesday that it isn't inconceivable a jury would have found the president guilty of a crime.
Rep. Kevin Kiley (R-Calif.) asked Hur if "a reasonable juror could have voted to convict based on the facts."
"Correct," Hur said.
