Most likely bribed. Even if it is not spoken, a person giving a good report will most likely improve their business or prestige in their field. Just think of it this way....If you were to say the president of the US was lucid even though he wasn't, rich people would want that kind of service if their kids are trying to say they are not competent and are trying to take their money or seize control of the business they own. The kids would also look for a person to back their assertions too, so it can go both ways. You cannot automatically trust professionals in a field. Honesty and integrety are traits that are getting harder to find in the USA these days, many people would sell their souls to gain wealth or prestige. Especially after paying so much to get their degree in their field...trying to pay off their student debt
