What legal difference would it make if petitioners are Republicans or Democrats, or any other "Party"? 😃

If it were that cut and dry, we wouldn't have constitutional scholars arguing their cases before the US Supreme Court.

So you agree?
You posted links to the FBI document so in your opinion the FBI is the sole deciding factor here? Even though they absolutely are in fact not.
I'm trying to understand you?

FBI already said there was no insurrection that day. 😃
The Congress had already impeached Trump for incitement of insurrection.
FBI did not issue statement clearing Trump for Capitol insurrection
What the FBI did say was that the attack was not centrally coordinated, but they have filed conspiracy charges against several who were convicted.
The trespass of the Congress buildings were not the insurrection. The insurrection was the attempt to disrupt the transition of power contrary to the election result. The attempt to seize power in direct contradiction to processes defined in the US Constitution and legal statutes.

And yet, 2 state Supreme Courts and one state's district court has ruled that Trump is disqualified based on the 14th A, S3,
and the US Supreme Court is currently considering the arguments they heard from both sides.

For the umpteenth time squared....
Holding the office of President of the United States is a privilege. It's not a liberty/civil right.
For a State to disregard the selected front-runner is just insane. If they were true to their convictions they would just opt out of the whole thing, which is also insane, and to use a civil court or just a judge rule is beyond insane.

Starting a false campaign that he won the election qualifies as an insurrection.
You deflect by bringing up BLM.

Where's the IL ruling? I think they also included exclusion from the Nov 5th ballot too 😀 Was Trump indicted? Was Trump represented in court?

It wasn't "Illinois Voters", it was 5 people. 😀
