The judge did care and did listen. And they confirmed that he his people over valued his property.
Would you prefer a singing clown coming from his butt?

What experts said disagreed with him and he ruled with some other "mystic" knowledge he got while smoking crack in the back maybe? IDK?? How anyone cannot see this for what Network dude is pointing out is sad. It is a witch hunt, and even your run of the mill left leaning dystopic reality members knows that it is.

Honestly, what’s there to discuss? He over valued his wealth to get more favorable loans, are you trying to claim he didn’t?

I mean sure, everyone probably does it, but Trump got targeted and caught. Doesn’t mean his not guilty.

Maybe if he had of spent less time provoking and trolling people on social media and humbly stood down when he lost the 2020 election he wouldn’t have made so much enemies. Mess with the bull you get the horns, I suppose.

Yep, mess with the bull. He promised his crowd of followers he would take that bull by the horns and flip it. But in reality all he had was his own bull and that crowd bought it. Buys it. In a way this whole thing we go going here is like a china shop and he is a bull waltzing through it so of course the owners of the shop are gonna try to get him out the door.

I'm not shocked over the two-tiered justice system.
I'm not shocked over the overt bias in prosecuting a political opponent.
I'm not shocked over the overt election interference by the left.

The only thing I'm shocked about is that the fine is too low. I figured they'd make it 350 billion and try to bankrupt him also.

I'm not sure about NY but when all is said and done because of his rhetoric has cost us many monies.

Rotflmao!!!

You appear to not understand that this ridiculous decision by a ridiculously biased and un-American 'judge' will be overturned on appeal, and when Trump gets back in office, it is this so-called 'judge' who will be on trial.

Probably upward of half a billion would be my guess.

By all means, provide one or two statements of evidence upon which you base this 'guess' of yours.

Maybe don't defraud people going forward.

All loans were repaid with interest, and all taxes assessed by the Tax Assessor were paid.

Without a damaged party (the one/ones who were defrauded), there was no fraud, and Tax Assessors do not allow those who are taxed to determine how their properties are taxed.

Please get help, your TDS is placing you in grave danger of EHS (exploding head syndrome) when Trump takes office early next year.

Not high enough. He could just say his penthouse is 5,000,000sqft and get a loan.

I am shocked at how shallow people are who refuse to see so many of the facts are destroying our very fabric of logic and that is 100% by design. We all, AM too, need to face the reality that logic is a rarely used thing in public forums or MSN. THe prevailing wind of BS is making even the old left leaning true liberals seek shelter "against the wind, against the wind". Their running to not be against the wind.

Logic and ATS are two mutually exclusive things. It's been fee-fee central for some time.

Meanwhile actual criminals get away with everything in NYC and they get released with no bail! It's moronic and ironic that the extra expenses Trumps trial incurred was to protect the liberals involved in the case. Because we all know they are more important than the citizens on NYC and their safety! Enjoy your victory over Trump, just don't whine about the consequences! There is a reason why things in NYC are the way they are and it's amazing how none of it has ever been questioned.

I think it will take the same kind of "justice" happening to them before they see things from a neutral perspective.

The reality has been named the Trump Curse. It's kind of funny but all these people who attack him either end up in jail all on their own or they also work on destroying whatever career they had.

....

Here, I'll fix that for ya:

Yet the US economy is booming… the economy is growing steadily, inflations under control, unemployment is low and wages are growing. All this well Europe and Asia are suffering from recessions and massive inflation… yet you guys talk like the US is on the verge of collapse because your boy Trump ain’t running things. It’s crazy.

Sure does not feel like it. It is a struggle for many American citizens to make ends meet. Layoffs and closings affect a lot of people.

2023 layoff tracker: The latest on which companies have announced job cuts

Unemployment has been lower.
Civilian unemployment rate

Wage growth? Is that because of mandatory increases in the minimum wage? I have not gotten a raise for a while. In fact, the company I work for decided not to give a raise because of increasing costs elsewhere. Inflation skyrocketed under Biden's watch. Inflation is only down now because an election is coming up.

This article came out today:
Debt and Inflation Are Not Equal to Growth: Biden’s Illusion of a Good Economy

Your view of a "booming economy" is not held by most people.

"The republicans are too invested in being righteous and turning the other cheek"

You've got to be kidding?

I should have been more specific. The republicans in Congress. The ground level Republicans are starting to fight the way they need to, to set things right. And, maybe, with the impeachment attempt of Mayorkus, those in Congress might just be waking up, but it's taking them way too long. The border issue has been going on now for over a decade.

If you do go to MSNBC, you can find the polar opposite of Fox, but the same facts will exist.

I took a peek myself. Looks like MSNBC is not saying it's un-American and they appear to be having a party.

as I said, polar opposite. It's the new normal. We just have to embrace it and start sharpening the knives for the next one. A true tit for tat war of attrition.

Let's take a look at what Kevin O'leary said on his CNN interview.

I'm not saying this is right or wrong but everyone does this. Everyone. If this is allowed to happen to Trump, pandora's box will open for any political opponents to use this in the future.

We are in dangerous territory here legally.
