www.foxnews.com...

Prominent conservative figures ripped into New York Judge Arthur Engoron on social media after he found former President Trump liable for over $350 million in damages and barred him from running his businesses in the state for three years.

Engoron's decision was slammed as "blatantly unAmerican" and "more fitting in a banana republic" than in this country.

The ruling came Friday afternoon at the end of a months-long civil fraud trial brought against the former president, his family and the Trump Organization by Democratic New York Attorney General Letitia James.

What do you need Chef my boy? I need about tree-fitty. LOL, I can only hope this is the crescendo to the clown world concert we have all been part of. To believe that this is justice in any way, shape, or form boggles the mind. What sort of DERP could look at this and not see that it's a total political hit? It will be appealed, and reversed, but how was this even allowed to take place in the United States of America?

BAMN seems to have overtaken the COTUS in terms of a driving force. To think that you can have a corrupt AG, who finds a corrupt judge, and holds a trial with no jury in which he determines guilt before hearing any evidence, and it goes unchallenged by the law is both insane and frightening. Is this considered necessary because of Trump? Or is this totally above board, and it will be OK when the political winds change and the same tactic is used against a Democrat politician running for office?

One thing I can see from this, (and the irony is that Trump is being prosecuted for election interference) is that when Trump takes back the white house, he can have HIS DOJ go after everyone who was involved in this, and charged with the same crime. Perhaps a special council can be enacted on day 1 to investigate this and prosecute all involved to the fullest extent of the law.

I think it's past the point of "being the bigger man", and in trench warfare, you will get dirty, and you have no choice but to fight in the trenches. Bring the war to them. Unity can come later, it doesn't seem to be a priority now.

I don't think he was charged enough.
If a Democrat had done any of this crap that cost us the tax payers you would be freaking out crying more than you already are.
So pipe down and take the likings and live to fight another day.

how much did Trump's business cost the taxpayers of NY, you can round the figure to the nearest hundred if you like.

It has gone too far for the left to ever allow him back in the WH. They will stop him BAMN, up to and including offing him. Of course, no evidence of anything but 'natural causes' will be found, or he'll meet with an unfortunate traffic accident. Might even have to sacrifce a few of their own to accomplish it, but there's no shortage of people wanting to join the prestigious swamp rats to take up the slack.

I'm not sure about NY but when all is said and done because of his rhetoric has cost us many monies.
Probably upward of half a billion would be my guess.
Maybe don't defraud people going forward.

can you explain how that happened, and remember, this was in NY, and you stated "If a Democrat had done any of this crap that cost us the tax payers you would be freaking out crying more than you already are.", so if you haven't a clue about any of this, why would you say something like this? It makes you look ignorant.

It happened because your dude lost and kept saying before the dawn election it would be stolen because he knew he was going to go down. So because of his stupid arse security had to be ramped up on many different levels. How many people plus the cost off all of that do you think that would be? I'm sure wasn't cheap. Not to mention all the other crap.
Explain how he directly did not cause the state of NY to have to spend extra money of that sort of thing?

Liberals only want unity when they don't have the advantage and can whine that it's unfair.
When they have the upper hand, they'll walk all over you.

Also, did the court bring in experts to evaluate the properties or did the judge decide what they're worth? ? Is the judge qualified to evaluate property ?

From what I read, Trump Did bring in expert witnesses, but the judge didn't care, he just made his own ruling despite what they told him.

James even ran her campaign on "Get Trump" so that should prove bias.

Well said. It's a race to the bottom and the democrats are way out in front. The republicans are too invested in being righteous and turning the other cheek, which are ineffective. When your opponent throws dirt in your eyes and hits below the belt, you need to be willing to fight using those same methods or you are going to lose.

Yeah, this is just the start, it’s going to get a lot worse for trump… such a shame.

What is it, 91 criminal charges in 4 criminal cases, plus various civil law suits. So what’s up next? Is it the hush money to Stormy, or the election interference in Georgia? So many, I just lose track after a while.

The judge did care and did listen. And they confirmed that he his people over valued his property.
Would you prefer a singing clown coming from his butt?

Now your grasping and gasping. Trump's fraud case had absolute zero to do with what NY spent on elections.

drugs are bad, mkay?

This case was about the NY AG claiming Trump defrauded the state by taking out loans and paying them back. You don't seem to have any idea what this is about other than orange man bad. When you sober up, stop by and explain what your feelings are about this case please.

the judge ruled on the case before hearing any arguments. This was documented and is accepted as fact. and yes, the AG based her entire campaign on getting Trump.

Honestly, what’s there to discuss? He over valued his wealth to get more favorable loans, are you trying to claim he didn’t?

I mean sure, everyone probably does it, but Trump got targeted and caught. Doesn’t mean his not guilty.

Maybe if he had of spent less time provoking and trolling people on social media and humbly stood down when he lost the 2020 election he wouldn’t have made so much enemies. Mess with the bull you get the horns, I suppose.

Yup drugs are bad. And my bad for getting this one confused.
Ultimately doesn't matter in the end. Just another loss Trump and his crowd can claim.
How does backing a loser feel? It sure seems like that trench warfare isn't working in your favor.

so you agree this is a political hit and has not a #ing thing to do with justice. At least we have that acknowledgment.
Just remember, when this comes back around, and it will, you won't have any ground to cry on.
