Actually, I don't watch the mainstream media, left or right. Going back to like 2010 I defended Russia in saying we need to focus on China and let Russia join the team as a good guy. Then Crimea happened and we were like OK, but hey let's move on from that...Putin increasingly got more aggressive and even a year before the Ukraine invasion many of us were thinking, no Russia wouldn't do something like that anymore and we told people to stop thinking Russia Russia Russia...
