Exactly, The Regency Act covers this scenario.

According to the Regency Acts in force, if the monarch is under the age of 18 years when he or she succeeds to the throne, a regency is automatically established, and, until the monarch attains the age of 18 years, the royal functions are discharged by the regent in the name and on behalf of the monarch.

So, yes, Harry would be Regent until George is 18 and can be crowned. For Harry to become king, all of William's children would have to be "incapacitated".

It's very interesting, Oldcarpy2. And it never gets too complicated, if you somehow see the bigger picture.
Then every piece of the puzzle is a lovely fit.

If so he will have a strong 'sense of duty' and feel he absolutely HAS to take the crown if anything happens to Charlie.

The antichrist has to be universally adored around the world. Most of the planet hasn't heard of Harry and the people in Europe and the USA are split on what they think of him.
