We are not in the middle ages anymore, the Knights the family spawn each year are useless if it comes to war, not that any of them will serve in all but the most superfluous roles for the optics in time of war.

Interesting side note, had I (or any of the medieval combatants around the UK) challenged old Charlie boy to a duel during his farce and waste of public spending, the 65 year old solicitor who was the one who would have had to fight to the death as the kings champion would have stood no chance (trained with a sword for 32 years personally).

He was never going to sit on the throne anyway due to his adnavced years, then we will have the waste of taxpayer funds on the ext coronation and the remaining of the coins and notes once more, then the waste of taxpayer money whenever Charlie does pop his clogs, wash rinse, repeat.

I love tradition, but it needs to get in line with modern thinking, the pomp and ceremony need to be toned down A LOT, especially in times of public financial struggle, all they've done is show of how rich they are while the people rely on food banks. Absolutely disgusting behaviour...

I got a bit emotional then before making a light hearted point, the first sympton of my wifes brain cancer was it caused a seizure which put her in a coma for 2 weeks, upon waking one of the storys she told us was she had met Prince Charles and he had brought in the corgi dogs to the hospital, the hospital staff explained its normal for people in comas to have lucid dreams.

I hope Charles is given treatment to recovery but if this is to be his final hurrah, my wife is waiting for that meeting Charlie, shes the gorgeous redhead with an infectious laugh, rest well my love I miss you everyday

So infuriating still is that before the Great Depression, I believe it is 12 doctors across the US who were publishing studies on their patients whose treatments, all different types, were consistently giving 100% remission/cure results. You will have to take this with a grain of salt as there may be embellishments, but this is the story which goes around. Anyways, as they say, one day, or 12 days honestly but close together, the Universities where these doctors worked and studied were raided by the feds and torn to bits. All 12 of them had their medical schools shut down completely and to this day, many of those universities never opened up med schools again. That's what they say at least...

I wouldn't let that man alone with my kids. He was quite obviously battling his inner demons. Must be hard.
