Elon didn't start Tesla, he was taken on to bring the company to where it is now, and then he would get a certain salary of he got the shareholders what they wanted. He couldn't go over what his contract said, so a judge can most certainly get involved. He's the CEO of Tesla, not the private owner of Tesla.

Believe it or Not , as a Person , I Think Mr. Trump is somewhat Vain , Stubborn , and Narcissistic . However , I Admire his Love for his Country and as a Businessman , he was Well Educated and Insightful in being a Very Good POTUS IMO . He Accomplished a lot in his 4 Years as POTUS that Helped America Attempt to be Great Again . National Pride is Something of a Long Standing Tradition in my Country and the Voting Public Respond to that in a Personal Way . Now , I could not Deny the Man also has a Charisma that seems to Rub Some People the Wrong Way . Well , Nobody is Perfect ......

Nobody could explain it better.
The Liberals labeled Trump as a tax cheat but they are too dumb to know all the billionaire Liberals use the same system.
They don’t get it and never will get it.
Edit - Remember when Rachel Maddow gleefully announced she had Trump’s taxes on live TV?
It should have ended her career when it was shown that Trump paid his fair share of taxes with that particular return.
But it didn’t because her viewers didn’t understand any of it.

Maybe you should try asking an expert on local property values. Like, say, the Palm Beach Assessor.

Every property value in America has increased. . . . except Trumps.
lol
Yeah, there's no witch hunt.

People are still caught up in this assessor thing? Tax assessment has almost nothing to do with a market assessment for loan collateral. They are only very slightly related in that if home values go up, generally assessed values go up and vice versa, but in no way are they even usually close in value. Back when I was in Oregon, it was pretty common to have pennies on the dollar tax assessed value because they had restrictions on the per year allowable increase.
My current house (not Oregon) is assessed at less than half what we paid for it in 2017...who knows what it's worth now. Even if I went down to the assessor and showed them market reports, they wouldn't do anything because that's not how tax assessment works. If he had been investigated for TAX fraud, this would be the assessment they would look at. For bank collateralized loans, they look at market value and it's slightly modified from even a normal real estate appraisal (that somehow magically always is equal to the selling price). It's a lot more thorough.
The bottom line is the banks did their own valuation and were fine with the end result and got their money on time. Never in history has a civil fraud case been brought by an AG against a non-criminal complaint, no-damages, no injured party bank loan.. because no criminal case could be brought because nobody complained and no crime was committed. What a joke.
Ten years ago, she would have been given the boot for misconduct in any state of the union. My how things have changed. If you honestly believe this is proper conduct, then don't complain even once when the shoe is on the other foot. This is a very very bad misuse of public power irrespective of political sides.
Go talk to an assessor and get a better understanding of how this works and it might stop the confusion. They are unrelated appraisals.
