No, I see it. I just don't care anymore. I think you mistake me as an American, I'm Canadian, i have an outsider perspective, and i can just watch Americans squabble over the guy.

Anyways, threads gone from how much a historical property is worth to "y u no like trump!?"...

Sometimes, you can't escape it. Its usually people get dragged into talking about him. Case in point, this thread.

If you go to a bank and they ask you the value of the property, you will say it is worth $50 million because of the oil deposits as that is what you could reasonably sell it for to an oil driller. However, the purchaser would need to change zoning but that is not your problem.

Now let's change the word "oil" for "Prime Palm Beach" location. 17 acres split up into 1/2 acres lots is a billion dollars right there.

Exactly. Claiming Trump lied about the value of Mar-a-largo on a personal financial statement because it differs from the local tax assessor is the most ludicrous nonsense. If this were a precedent it would crash the real estate market.

Personal financial statements are just an opinion. Banks always take them with a grain of salt and do their own due diligence when making loans. Borrowers always overstate their income, assets, etc to make themselves look better while banks always take a more conservative view.

Regardless, no one in their right mind thinks Mar-a-largo is only worth $30 million. Anyone can go to Realtor.com and pull up comps to see that is a joke.

It's deflection and avoidance about Trump's behaviour and his motives, which maybe only an outsider can see the reality because every single thread discussing Trump's court cases end with attacking the member and not the subject.

The deal is he did nothing wrong and the State has been going after him nonstop. New York attorney general, Democrat Letitia James, ran her political campain on "I will get Trump" and so they went with a criminal case a few years ago and that failed badly, and now they are pushing a 370 million civil case based on nothing. That alone should just piss you off... Trudeau going after truckers pissed me off...

So would you say the worth of the place is priceless based on your point that it is a historical property?

Who is attacking anyone here... There is no fraud case... It's all political as New York Attorney General James said she would do during her campain. They failed in a criminal case for the same damn thing and you think there is a civil case here? It's the same thing with the fake dossier on the left will not say it was all BS.

If Elon tells the shareholders I'm giving myself a raise. And they vote against it.

Who do you go to in order to tell Elon to take a hint?

A corporation is technically a person, you can take it to court.

Actually, the board of directors, sets the payrate.

And it is Elon's company....if he wants to run it into the ground by taking a big salary, good for him. He did not start a business to please you. He did not start a business to give people jobs. He started his business to make money. He saw an opportunity, risked his money (and shareholders), and made everyone a profit.

I don't know about you, but I work hard for my money. I have gotten to a point where, depending on the gig, my day rate is over $500 a day. I spent 30 years getting here, sacrificing a lot. Nobody has a right to tell me what I can charge. If the promoter doesn't like my price, he hires someone else. My price is as high as it is bc I AM that good, and i get calls everyday from groups who want me.

What you are saying, and if this is allowed to stand, what will happen to everyone, is something like this....

McDonalds is a public company. In my area, they start at $17. Of course, this living wage increase, caused the prices of the product to go up to make the difference up. That hurts the public at large in their wallet. So, by your logic, a judge can say those kids can only make $10.

And I am not for telling anybody what to do.

Business tax fraud and overvaluation are complex issues, whether or not it is BS, or the system is set-up to make the rich richer, or both, remains to be seen. One thing for sure, tax fraud deprives hard-working tax-paying people of programs and services.

Penis envy? when Carroll couldn't make the distinction from his finger(s) or his penis?

www.rollingstone.com...enis-mushroom-kimmel-732426/

Perhaps overcompensation issues plague that ex-President?

Well, Tara Reade appears to have much better comprehension and recollection than Carroll...Reade is POSITIVE Joe Biden stuck his finger in her hooha!

she said, that Biden pinned her against a wall in a hallway and penetrated her with his fingers, against her will.

“He had his hands underneath my clothes and it happened all at once,” Reade continued. She said Biden asked if she wanted to “go somewhere else” and told her “I want to f**k you”, a detail she has not previously shared.

She said Biden pulled back when he saw she wasn’t reciprocating. “He looked at me and said ‘C’mon man, I heard you liked me’,” Reade said. “He pointed his finger at me and said ‘You’re nothing to me’,” she added.

Can you explain the programs and services we are deprived of, and it wasn't tax fraud which is a criminal event.

So do you just hate Trump or is it the evil rich in general? If Trump broke the law then convict...I think we all have said that 100 times...Don't come up with BS ways to just keep him in court, or just to bleed him without anything real.

Well considering I did say earlier that it's priceless, it is. And it's why I'm interested in this topic because Mar a Lago is a historical site, and I like history.

Elon didn't start Tesla, he was taken on to bring the company to where it is now, and then he would get a certain salary of he got the shareholders what they wanted. He couldn't go over what his contract said, so a judge can most certainly get involved. He's the CEO of Tesla, not the private owner of Tesla.

Yes, it's a mud pit for sure, but hey as Trump says he won't pay tax like all the other suckers.

When did he say that..can you quote it? The one tax return stolen had him paying 37 million...lol

Dave Chappelle explained it well.

Nobody could explain it better.

The Liberals labeled Trump as a tax cheat but they are too dumb to know all the billionaire Liberals use the same system.

They don’t get it and never will get it.

Edit - Remember when Rachel Maddow gleefully announced she had Trump’s taxes on live TV?
It should have ended her career when it was shown that Trump paid his fair share of taxes with that particular return.
But it didn’t because her viewers didn’t understand any of it.

It's not even 'attacking' its just comes across as trying to drill you until you fall in love with the man. The prospect that some people don't worship him frightens some people.
