Or perhaps there is another reason that he will have some trial or other going on continually until the election.

and they got Capone on taxes. I understand. But to state someone is a prolific criminal you usually need proof. Unless you are E Jean Carroll....

So, since this was taken off to clear the slate for the NY case is this definitive proof they are working together or they know the SCOTUS is going to end this all?

It was taken off because Chutkan knows there's no way they'll make the March date. Even if the DC Circuit ruled today and SCOTUS immediately said they weren't going to be taking up the case, there's still two months worth of pre-trial hearings they need to get caught up on.

You do understand that none of the cases pending against Trump have any basis in reality right?

Regardless of what outcomes commie juries in DC or NY come up with, they will ultimately be overturned or thrown out at Appeals or SCOTUS.

If they knew there would be more time needed....why did they schedule it in March. The explanation does not match the action already taken. I thought this was a open and shut case?

They are all falling apart.....

We all know why they were brought and thus scheduled accordingly.

The MSM and their useful tools know as well....

A prolific criminal. Name ONE criminal court case he has been convicted of? Just one....

That doesn’t mean much. lol, they spent years trying to get John Gotti. He was always obviously a prolific criminal though.

John Gotti had nothing on Joe, yet everyone looks the other way....

The case was scheduled months before Trump brought his immunity claims to the DC Circuit. It was scheduled based on established guidelines for how long it should take to get through all the pre-trial hearings.

Trump is such a prolific criminal that he will have some trial or another going on pretty much continually between now and the election. He's the gift that keeps on giving.

One only hopes the left runs out of spitballs that they have been throwing against the wall for 7+ years now trying to get him on anything they can, even stuff they invent on the fly as long as it keeps him in court.

Hahahahahah.

You guys were really expecting that March 4th date to stand?

You do know how Trump operates right? Delay, delay, delay. He put in appeals of appeals.

We will be lucky if this case is tried by August. More interestingly, no immunity decision, and no damages decision in the fraud trial. Taking quite a while. I suspect the Judges and all involved are chicken # to follow the law, and their lack of a spine might work in Trump's favor.

The New York decision has been delayed due to Weisselberg talking to the prosecutor's office about taking a perjury plea.

The immunity ruling is most likely due to Judge Henderson. They didn't want to expedite the case in the first place and as the senior judge on the case they're responsible for writing the decision. So they can drag their feet as much as they want.

No doubt.
They have their people getting in serious level trouble doing it too.
That fool lying on the fisa warrant.
That other fool leaking Trumps tax records.
By any means necessary right?
The blind hate is unreal.

So they are postponing one case based on another case and they have nothing to do with each other?

Hi, you must be new to Trump's legal strategy. It's always been delay, delay, delay.

No. They're postponing one case because the schedule has changed.

The other one has never changed it scheduled date. If the federal case had stayed on schedule the state case most likely would've needed to reschedule.
