If they could actually exhibit tangible evidence, demonstrate his guilt and put him in prison, they would have. He's not in prison so there's your sign.

The ATS legal beagles are on this. I wonder if Alina Habba, who's obviously a stellar attorney, will use any of the brilliant appeals strategies suggested in this thread.

Tangible huh? So, I need tangible evidence that some of the other planets in our system are not colonized.

I wonder if she will get paid after this debacle?
“He’s the rare defendant with an $83 million verdict against him who actually has the money,” Mr. Green said. “Wherever this lands, she should be able to collect.”
He has enough cash to cover the verdict in various accounts, a person close to him said. In recent years, Mr. Trump has unloaded several assets, including his Washington hotel, which sold for $375 million.
Yet the verdict on Friday is not the only payout upcoming for Mr. Trump. The New York attorney general is seeking a $370 million penalty from the former president and his family business as part of a civil fraud trial that wrapped up this month.

He has over 2 billion in assets. I doubt he feels any duress over the expense.

Why wouldn't he? It's court ordered, they will garnish his income if push comes to shove.

The question posed was will he pay it, nothing about how he feels about it.

Will he pay it directly?
I don't see him personally writing a check.
But he certainly can't deny he has the assets.
Any appeal IMO might reduce it some -- but not entirely.
Will either even be alive when it finalizes? I expect whatever the final outcome it will go to charity.
