Yes and it’s only recently changing.

Sexual harassment was standard in anyplace men and women were in the same “yelling distance”.

I could have so many charged today. But it wasn’t today.

There still was a line not to cross and that was forced sex.

Charging someone is the easy part, convicting them is still the problem when there are no witnesses. But hopefully women are smarter today and will immediately seek medical treatment/counselling as proof.

Women probably don't report so they don't get that person they know or their families knows into trouble, again another type of societal/emotional programming.
