All I'm doing is pointing out the nuances of the law. Why does that make you so angry?

Mate I'm not angry , Though it is interesting you think I am ...

So many Nuances to be pointed out in so many DOJ Cases and Congressional hearings , You have a good mind for the Law truly but you waste it on being a Cheerleader for the Left.

Such a waste

You might be right about that. But, as I said before, "Bring it". I think Hunter would win that case.

you want Hunter to win ? So you don't think Prince Hunter should be punished for his Laundry List of Crimes ?

I think he'll win his "contempt of Congress" case. He already pled guilty to the tax and gun charges. But the plea deal fell apart, so he's now going to trial.

You mean the deal that daddies DOJ gave him which only charged him with the absolute minimum crime and gave him complete immunity from literally any crime committed over a like 8 year span? Not just tax crimes but all the other stuff...but the judge started asking questions because it was so out of the norm...and it literally fell apart live in court.

Nothing about that sounds inappropriate to you? You want to defend that guy?

Nice spin, but that's not exactly what happened.

I think Lisa Rubin said it best:

"Ultimately, the judge determined that the way in which the parties structured their two, interlocking agreements -- the plea agreement and the diversion agreement -- required her to play a role in the latter's enforcement without giving her a say over its approval."

Why does it matter, since we're talking about Joe Biden (probably) pardoning his son, Hunter, after he promised not to?

I watched the videos of what happened in vourt that day...I saw it go down with my own eyes. The judge started asking questions because it made no sense to her what the prosecutor was trying to do because it was so far out of the norm she had never seen a plea presented as his was. The more she asked about the total immunity part the more questions she had about why they were trying to file it the way they did...until it came down to losing the immunity for literally any crimes even unrelated to his charges and his lawyer said no they wouldnt take that deal.

The only spin here is coming from you...I guess your avatar is fitting...

So then why are you saying I am putting a spin on it? The part you still seem to not want to say is that the part she would be enforcing was immunity for any crimes he comitted including ones not related to the case. Which is exactly what I said that you seem to think is me spinning it. Seems pretty dishonest to accuse someone of something you know to be true doesn't it?

Just watch his Body Language in the Video . He really thinks he is above all of this He thinks he can't be touched.

I'm curious what is it that he Thinks he has that makes him so untouchable ??
