This decision in Colorado exploits (whether purposely or not) the current weakness of SCOTUS as an institution. Whatever comes next will not be good.

If they uphold. Game over. If they reverse. Game over.

We are nearing the endgame. It's probably not hyperbole to say it's time to plan accordingly.

I see it differently as in if they say no then we are back to normal, if they uphold it then it opens up Pandoea's box for the future. We need to understand that Trump hasn't even been charged and they did this, so what would this mean in the future as States just randomly remove the front-runner from their ballots? That would be a true banana republic and the state of a civil war.

I don't know if trump is the right person to put us back on track. I also don't think we are building a fair 2024 election process. I am willing to bet there are some democrats or third party people out their that could do better than Biden and I feel the peoples choice to decided has been taken from them as well. Personally I like Tim Scott but he needs some debate practice before the next cycle so his message can get out there. Gov Desantis, well I do primary live in Fl and I do like what he has done for us, but nobody is perfect.

Why? Who would be better right now? You all are looking for some unicorn that just isn't there. I see it in businesses all the time where there are solid workers but they hire from outside always looking for that special person which I call a unicorn as it just does not exist. I have seen people hired who are just downright God-awful while having perfectly good "known" candidates already working for them.

The thing with Trump is we already know what he will bring, there is no guessing, so you just keep wishing for your unicorn, and the next person that is 10 times worse than anything Trump is you will do it again in looking for the next unicorn.

Trump's 4 years were analyzed to be some of the most moderate events in recent times. Just about everything he did Liberals such as Obama/Clinton agreed and tried the same things during their Presidencies.
