YES!

These minorities have always existed. But were forced to the fringes by "polite society".

They developed their own culture and safe places.

Laws prevented them from being who they were born to be -- in public.

Now -- they at least have legal rights and protection (mostly) -- to be who they are/born to be.

If you went through all that's needed to present yourself as a "real" woman -- not a man in drag.

What would your mindset be if you needed to use a locker room to change clothes?

Would you flash your junk?

Or would you be as discreet as possible -- holding a towel around you or more likely using a private stall. From my experiences all locker rooms have one or two rooms for those who need privacy.
