Please stay. You're an asset.

I can be an asset anywhere.

I don't need a compromised site with a clock ticking until it goes under to give me exposure as a content writer.

They need me.

But don't appear to want me.

So it's all good!

It says in that one article that Hunters lawyer said that if Hunters last name wasn't biden, there would be no charges for his crime. BS, if any of us did this and got caught, a lot of charges would be made. They would plea bargain some down, but still we would wind up in prison for a few years.....with no father to pardon us for our crimes.

It depends. He might be right.

My career was with a State tax agency, not the IRS, but both agencies operate under very similar guidelines. Though, to be honest, State agencies are often far more "agressive" in their pursuit, and prosecution, of tax offenders.

In my experience (20+ years), the IRS is far more likely to settle tax offenses out of court for taxes owed, interest and penalties.

The generally accepted principle is that it is the agency's job to collect what is owed; and it is impossible to collect much from a taxpayer while they rot in a cell.

Prosecution is "bad for business", so to speak.

Prison time is usually the last resort, if/when repayment is not negotiable.

No, no. I believe him.

He’d already gone to court, lost and be in jail and in ruin.

If he name wasn't Biden, he'd have been jailed years ago before the first set of tax charges expired due to statue of limitations. Weiss was investigating him then also and for some reason, never charged him. I know this because I am the king of the world and an expert in all matters based on my experience I cannot prove on an anonymous internet forum.

But we cannot forget the plea deal Weiss tried to pull on this, which would have exonerated Hunter from all future crimes, and only because of an astute judge, was it revealed.

Based on that, I would think that this is a trick, some mistake is made that will allows Hunter's expert lawyers to get him off on a technicality.

we will need your expertise to explain to everyone why the economy is picking up once the drilling resumes. The DERP's will be making claims that it's "Bidenomics" as things like that always take a little time to solidify. And they really haven't a clue how the energy sector compliments the global economy, you do. Don't go away mad, just take a break. Whichever mod has a chub for you will ease off.

You only have to register as a foreign agent of you are working for a foreign government. Hunter was doing business with other companies, not foreign governments.

If just doing business in other countries required you to register under FARA there would be thousands, if not millions, in the country that are in violation of FARA.

And you're positive he wasn't doing business with these governments how?

Comer has ten years worth of Hunter's financial statements. If there was anything in there that showed Hunter getting directly paid by a foreign government he would be screaming it from the rooftops.

Instead he's focused on $4000 Hunter paid Joe to pay him back for car payments.

What "business" was Hunter doing with these companies? What services or products were rendered for these payments? What did Hunter sell?

As has been explained previously, Hunter was an investor. His firms specifically focused on companies that were seeking to make inroads into Western markets.

They would lend the companies the capital they needed to expand their business and the companies would then pay them back with interest.

Your questions are among those that Congress wants to ask Hunter Biden this coming Wednesday December 13th, when he gives a deposition under oath.

These charges could have been brought at any time in the last 4 years.

Special Counsel Weiss waited until 5 days before Hunter is scheduled to testify before Congress, for a reason.

Ask Allen Weisselberg.

Weisselberg pleaded guilty last August to failing to pay taxes on $1.7 million in off-the-books compensation, including a Manhattan apartment, Mercedes-Benz cars for him and his wife, and his grandchildren’s school tuition.

Non-taxable fringe benefits.

Weisselberg was convicted on more than just tax evasion.

And these companies wouldn't be looking for favorable political influence to make these "inroads"? What qualifications did Hunter have for this kind of work, other than being the son of the VP of the United States?
