Hunter Biden to be indicted in CA - Federal Charges

New federal charges against Hunter Biden are expected to be filed Thursday in California, two sources familiar with the matter told NBC

Additional charges would mark a significant development in the federal investigation that has drawn scrutiny from congressional Republicans, who have seized on Hunter Biden’s legal woes as rhetorical ammunition against his father. House Republicans subpoenaed Hunter Biden in November, and his legal team has said that he's open to testifying publicly before the House Oversight Committee next week.

Not looking good for Hunter especially with the other subpoena...what is Joe going to say about this one?

Fox news was just discussing this. Possibly as a way to get out of testifying before congress by pleading the fifth, not to provide evidence of his own guilt on these tax charges. Perhaps just a ploy to stop teatifying to congress that would implicate his father Joe along with other family members.

Also, if found guilty of the tax charges, his dad will just parden him. Lesser of two investigations and charges.

He will mumble some double talk like “Come on man, Hunter likes enchiladas…..I remember the one time in college when they paid me to pull a rickshaw with General Patton riding in it.

Joe barely knows where he is, I wonder if he will know where Hunter is when they send him to prison.

BINGO. It's easy to spot when corrupt members of the DOJ and FBI take certain actions, what their underlying intent is.

Giving Hunter a LEGAL reason to not testify against "POP" next Wednesday is priority #1...for now.

Just more theater.

The GOP will have a 1 seat Majority in the house come Jan 1 because they keep shooting themselves in the foot intentionally.

No California jury is going to convict Hunter. And despite hundreds of bank records, the GOP will not impeach anyone in the most overtly corrupt regime in US history.

This is the establishment consolidating power before they unleash it next year.

On the other hand, old senile Joe may push the buttons and nuke California off the coast of the USA! Wouldn't that be ironic...

“In the fall of 2016 after the breakup of his marriage, and while dating the widow of his dead brother, he is on drug binge in Los Angeles. He decides to drive from LA to Arizona to enter yet another drug rehab facility. He rents a car from Hertz to make the drive. In Arizona, he drops a second car off, after he wrecks the first one, and checks into the clinic. However, people at Hertz discover various things in the car left behind by Hunter and alert the police. They find a bag of crack, a meth pipe, Secret Service business cards, Hunter’s credit cards and driver’s license, and his dead brother’s attorney general’s badge. His older brother Beau had been the attorney general of Delaware.

As the police had no idea where he was, they contacted the FBI. Shortly after that, the local police received a call from the Secret Service who assured them everything was fine, Hunter was safe and secure. The local prosecutor was not OK with it as he tried to pursue criminal charges for possession. But for some strange reason the DA dropped the charges, citing “a lack of evidence.”

I was thinking about that yesterday. Certain Republicans leaving, by other means, to stop the other Republicans from going forward with the investigations by loosing the majority.

More proof they are really just working together, Republicans and Democrats. It is all for show.

I can't help think that they're purposely doing this in California cuz the progs control the justice system and they can delay delay dispose of this.

They're doing it in California because it's 1 of 2 venues they could've chosen. Those being California and DC. Hunter was residing in California when the alleged crimes occurred. DC is where the IRS is based.

I dont know if they would do that, any last believer in fair honest politicians wouldn’t survive that action, unless of coarse thats what they want.

Isn't this how the purge series started?

A clearly corrupt failing government hell bent on destroying this country... looking for any last ditch effort to retain their power as long as possible.
