Dying to learn how Joe Biden will explain the 5 million dollars in a single transaction he received in 2017 and paid two and a half million dollars cash for his beach house 3 months later.

You mean explain it like this? He can easily use his tax returns and financial disclosures from 2017 that were released.

Former Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Jill earned more than $15 million during the two years after they left the White House, with the bulk of it coming from lucrative public speaking and book deals, according to new financial disclosures and tax returns released Tuesday.

It was an advance from Flatiron Books for the book deal he signed with them.

You only have to register as a foreign agent of you are working for a foreign government. Hunter was doing business with other companies, not foreign governments.

If just doing business in other countries required you to register under FARA there would be thousands, if not millions, in the country that are in violation of FARA.

when you get ass loads of money, do you have to pay taxes on that money?
Or do you have some bullsh!t answer for that as well?

Comer has ten years worth of Hunter's financial statements. If there was anything in there that showed Hunter getting directly paid by a foreign government he would be screaming it from the rooftops.

Instead he's focused on $4000 Hunter paid Joe to pay him back for car payments.

Perhaps because this is about finding out if JOE BIDEN is compromised and isn't really everyone being mean to Hunter due to his drug use as many idiots claim.

My understanding is that one of the most important tenants of modern liberalism is equity and that the wealth and privileges must pay their fair share.

Why are so many tolerant to their presidents family violating such an important rule?

He has paid the taxes, along with interest and late fees. All totaled he paid over $2 million.

Say it in a whisper, "just pay your fair share".

LOL, or not, which ever you wish.

Stay on target. It was about fringe benefits. This is a very grey area and used a lot in companies and no one ever really cares because the 'taxes' on those monies are to be paid by the recipient if not collected during a 'pay check' or AP entry.

Hunter Biden was paying hookers, cars and condos with payroll monies. This is no different than what they convicted Weisselberg of. The issue again was taxes. This is Accounting 101.

So convict one and not the other? Same crimes.

All they would have to do is subpeona the payroll system. It is all about not paying taxes. Both cases.

No they aren't the same thing. Weisselberg was cooking the books so none of those "fringe benefits" ever appeared on any financial documents. He was convicted of tax fraud and falsifying business records, along with grand larceny.

Hunter just didn't pay his taxes for a few years but then ended up paying them.

That's a very good question. What is this case about? It's almost like it's a political witchhunt.

Oh so the Left only thinks the welthy and powerful only need to pay their fair share only after they get caught not doing so.

That's a very shalow belief system.

Where did I say that? He paid his fair share and was punished for delaying that payment.

In what way? The fact that all of the points brought forth in the case/trail9s0 are true holds no value to you?
