No. He doesn't. The President isn't a king. The legislative and judicial branches are there to put a curb on the President's power.

They kinda are....

You said in another thread that Obama didnt commit any crimes, which is laughably absurd. From war crimes to weaponization of the IRS.

Bush puts Obama to shame....

Yet, no charges.

Coequal branches of government. The impeachment process gets to the correct remedy.

No. They aren't. I'm not sure if you're aware of this whole thing called the Revolutionary War. It kind of established America as a country and was fought because of the colonies were being treated by the British King.

That whole thing kind of soured the Founding Fathers on monarchs. So they decided a system of government that intentionally limited use power of the President.

I'm just going on how I was educated on the issue your experience may vary.

It's up to a Federal Official to decide whether it falls within that definition not me.

I'm just a layman.

I thought it was about corrupt Federal Officials being unaccountable.
It is us layman that have the 1st amendment right to freedom to assemble in protest of corrupt Federal Officials.
You need to educate yourself so you too can be accountable and hold the Federal Officials that are supposed to be subservient to the layman in an election for representative government.
You are going backwards.

The judicial is the lowest of the 3 branches of government.
The House CREATED the Judicial Branch.
The created can never be greater than the creator

Good question.
I will try.
Soros?
Pelosi?
Clinton Foundation?
FBI?

I am thinking only the agent provocateurs got paid to be there.
What's your guess, 200? 400? Thousand? that got paid?

Sorry but no. The 3 Branches of Government are there to keep each other in check. The issue right now is that 2 Branches are Left and one is Right.

If HRC won in the SCOTUS would not be stacked the way it is. If that was the case 2A would be gone, Abortions would be free and it would be a Federal Crime to mis-gender someone or use the incorrect pronouns.

Right now the SCOTUS is the only thing keeping America...well... America anymore.

Legislative Branch is corrupt. Executive Branch is corrupt. All bought and paid for. I do not even blame Biden he truly has no idea what is going on. He is not running the show but those who do are pushing so hard for what. To make the country better?

No, to make everyone hate Trump so they do not hate them.

So if the President is always acting in the capacity of the Presidency, that must mean every single document produced during the Presidency is a a Presidential Record.

So why did Trump try to argue that many of the documents found at MAL were personal documents despite being produced during his presidency?

According to Kash Patel he witnessed Trump declassified those documents as per sole descepency of the POTUS

Numerous people died on January 6th and many others were injured. Five civilians died on that day, four police officers died after the fights and their deaths were ruled to have been in the line of duty.

This is a blatant disinformation and you should know that already.
Stop with the gaslighting bs.
All it does is lose whatever credibility you have.

Ashli Babbitt didn’t deserve what she got from that corrupt cya DC police system.

It makes no difference if you agree with the facts or not. I put three links to support that section and what I said.

And you offered what? An opinion?

Thank you for your opinion. And thanks for reading.

Ashli Babbitt- Killed by incompetent diversity hire policeman Jan 6

Brian Sicknick- 2 strokes Jan 7

Rosanne Boyland- Meth overdose Jan 6

Kevin Greeson- Coronary Artery Disease Jan 6

Benjamin Philips- Hypertensive Heart Disease Jan 6

Howard Charles Liebengood- Suicide Jan 9, line of duty death

Jeffrey Smith- Suicide Jan 15, line of duty death

Kyle Hendrik DeFreytag- Suicide July 10

Gunther Paul Hashida- Suicide July 29

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine!

And look what I wrote...

Five civilians died on that day, four police officers died after the fights and their deaths were ruled to have been in the line of duty.

Looks like the info matches 100%. If you read my links you'll find the suicides were also found to be in the line of duty, and the families were awarded all benefits by the courts.

I agree with what you posted, thanks for your addition.

Also according to Kash Patel on an obscure Facebook interview I've posted many times which occurred after the MAL subpoena and after he was named a record keeper at MAL he said he just got the position and said that there are lots of docs that he will work with Trump to declassify and get them out to the people. A full 18 months after he was out of office. When Trump could not possibly declassify them and were apparently in those boxes all over MAL.

No, not apparently.
According to Kash and Trump he declassified everything.
Not just what was at Mal.
Trump had a secure room at Mal.
Kash and Ezra Watnick were working on a ton of declassified stuff to dump to the public which included Kennedy assassinations, 911, benghazi, bin Laden, election fraud etc.

You do not get to assume anything like that.

You only get to assume the facts of what is said and presented.
There is no "tie goes to the sitting diaper wearing classified document stealing president"

In fact we can assume he was referring to classified documents about the bin Laden raid that killed the body double and lead to the assassination of Seal Team 6 and its ties to Benghazi.
Or Hillary Clinton selling Uranium 1 to Putin, using Mueller as the bagman, or etc...
That was Ezras job as civilian liaison to the public.
It did not end when Trump left office. In fact it is still going to happen after the theatrics the dems are pushing.
You guys are only buying time with these politically driven frivolous court cases.
What is coming is inevitable and prosecuting Trump and all gives them all standing for much bigger court proceedings to come.
All you guys are doing is isolating yourselves from ordinary people who are running the the demo in droves.
You think you are finally prosecuting Trump, you got him.
What you are actually doing is running infomercials that is switching so many voters you cannot even hope to steal the next election.

I mean what did it take to get the leader of BLM to switch to endorsing Trump?
Case in point...

He specifically said "we're working on getting" the stuff "declassified and out to the people". Because it "was blocked from being declassified". Just a slip of the tongue then I'm sure.

So specifically, I am right.
He declassified all of it, everything.
Not just the specifics at Mal. Though that is the bombshell relevant stuff POTUS meant to protect long enough to get it out to the public.
The stuff that has the dems frightened to the core about being released.

Farmer, I applaud you for attempting to get these hardline Libs to understand and process real facts but it’s a lost cause.
They know Trump is being railroaded but they will never forgive him for hurting their fragile feelz.

good, Epps had much more to do with the negative events of Jan 6 than Trump did, and it's all on video. And if he's an FBI guy, then they could be sued as well. This could turn out to be a financial windfall for the Jan 6th detainees. At least the ones' still alive. Many were killed by the government. (using the logic you used earlier about all the deaths that day)

When Trump gets elected next year, he needs to pardon every last one of the Jan 6th peaceful protesters that were convicted of manufactured crimes.

I will enjoy seeing Liberal heads explode when it happens.

Sure but he only said this AFTER he was put in charge of the records at MAL. He, nor Trump ever mentioned any other docs in 18 months after he left office. He was not put in charge of any records that sit with the current administration.

But ok, he and Trump were going to work with the current administration to declassify records. That makes sense.

You do know when he was President the only thing that requires additional approval is anything that falls under the Atomic Energy Act. Now certainly some classified records require redactions, which he was well aware of, as he agreed to the redactions in the Crossfire Hurricane docs, which is well documented online. We would as those docs do, have the approval to declassify from Trump certainly noted.

So again, you think he had no classified docs he hid from the subpoena and he and Kash were going to work on getting docs Declassified with the Biden Administration apparently.

Guess we have to wait for the trial.
