I'm just going on how I was educated on the issue your experience may vary.
It's up to a Federal Official to decide whether it falls within that definition not me.
I'm just a layman.

No. He doesn't. The President isn't a king. The legislative and judicial branches are there to put a curb on the President's power.

So if the President is always acting in the capacity of the Presidency, that must mean every single document produced during the Presidency is a a Presidential Record.
So why did Trump try to argue that many of the documents found at MAL were personal documents despite being produced during his presidency?

Numerous people died on January 6th and many others were injured. Five civilians died on that day, four police officers died after the fights and their deaths were ruled to have been in the line of duty.
This is a blatant disinformation and you should know that already.
Stop with the gaslighting bs.
All it does is lose whatever credibility you have.
Ashli Babbitt didn’t deserve what she got from that corrupt cya DC police system.
It makes no difference if you agree with the facts or not. I put three links to support that section and what I said.
And you offered what? An opinion?
Thank you for your opinion. And thanks for reading.
Ashli Babbitt- Killed by incompetent diversity hire policeman Jan 6
Brian Sicknick- 2 strokes Jan 7
Rosanne Boyland- Meth overdose Jan 6
Kevin Greeson- Coronary Artery Disease Jan 6

Howard Charles Liebengood- Suicide Jan 9, line of duty death
Jeffrey Smith- Suicide Jan 15, line of duty death

According to Kash Patel he witnessed Trump declassified those documents as per sole descepency of the POTUS

Also according to Kash Patel on an obscure Facebook interview I've posted many times which occurred after the MAL subpoena and after he was named a record keeper at MAL he said he just got the position and said that there are lots of docs that he will work with Trump to declassify and get them out to the people. A full 18 months after he was out of office. When Trump could not possibly declassify them and were apparently in those boxes all over MAL.

He specifically said "we're working on getting" the stuff "declassified and out to the people". Because it "was blocked from being declassified". Just a slip of the tongue then I'm sure.

So specifically, I am right.
He declassified all of it, everything.
Not just the specifics at Mal. Though that is the bombshell relevant stuff POTUS meant to protect long enough to get it out to the public.
The stuff that has the dems frightened to the core about being released.

good, Epps had much more to do with the negative events of Jan 6 than Trump did, and it's all on video. And if he's an FBI guy, then they could be sued as well. This could turn out to be a financial windfall for the Jan 6th detainees. At least the ones' still alive. Many were killed by the government. (using the logic you used earlier about all the deaths that day)
